Awesome pizza made fresh.

We had one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had with Jet’s Pizza. Our order was already 40 minutes past the original delivery time when we called to check in. The person on the phone casually mentioned that the driver “wasn’t back yet,” so our pizza hadn’t even gone out for delivery.

We waited another 40 minutes, called again, and were told the driver had just returned - meaning our order had been sitting there the entire time. It hadn’t even left the store. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were shocked by the response. Instead of taking ownership or offering to make it right, the manager insisted they could “still deliver the pizza” and that “it was still good.” When we declined, the best they offered was to remake the food, knock off five dollars, and have us come pick it up ourselves.

That’s not customer service - that’s a complete lack of accountability. Between the terrible wait times, unhelpful staff, and unapologetic management, this experience completely turned me off from ever trying Jet’s again.

Poor technology, poor communication, poor service - save yourself the frustration and order from literally anywhere else.

Ordered Jets through doordash.

Had the 4 corner pizza. Home run. Dense pizza with crispy crust with the right amount of fat. Great chew. Like the sausage crumbles. Nice spice. Of course I am a fan of the pepperoni bring all the flavor and oil to the pie.

Also the pizza is very filling. I ate two pieces one and had the other two the next.

Order this and enjoy a great pizza.

Side note. Totally agree with the comment about this pie is like the old pizza hut style pie use to be.

I honestly don't understand how this location is different from the others. The quality of the pizza really isn't good compared to the others, and I've discussed this with several people.
This really doesn't taste like Jets Pizza.

Over 3 hours for a delivery. Cold pizza finally made it. Jets has great pizza, but avoid this location.

I didn't like this style of Pizza. It's too much thick bread and not enough meat. The lady at the counter was not very helpful at answering questions about the pizza and it was my first time there. She had no customer service skills.

First off, let’s clear one thing up- yes this is a chain. However, this isn’t your ordinary box of questionable dough topped with sauce and ambiguous “cheese” product. This is Jets, and if you have not tried it yet- order an 8 corner or even a 4 corner detroit style and be ready for your world to change.

I am a thin pizza fan, Jersey bar pie style with sauce and cheese to the edge. Jets 8 corner gives me a thicker yet crispy pan inspired crust with a flavorful sauce and REAL cheese to the edges while introducing the caramelized cheese square “halo”- the mecca of umami! They use that good stuff too- the cheese keeps pulling as you grab a slice. I also take advantage of their crust toppers- sesame for me for extra crunch! The veggies are fresh and ALWAYS generously added.

This location is near a friend of mine and the GM Darrius was amazing in taking care of us. Super attentive and on top of his QA game while making sure the 8 corner was nothing short of 100%.

The only problem you will encounter is the savage in you may come out if sharing. Lots of pizza math will happen as you mentally keep track of how many slices your friends are eating only to ensure you get your share and then some!

Quit reading and just go get an 8 corner already!

Great pizza spot, saw someone else comment about reminding them of that old style pizza hut pan pizza and that's pretty spot on. So if you grew up in the era of the hut, this will scratch that itch.
Never had any issues with orders here. Online order can sometimes take a while, not be ready when it says it is. But overall a great little spot

Ordered online for pickup. Food was earlier than time stated. I had no issues with my food. Got in and out very quickly.
