Disgusting. Urine all over the bathroom floor. It wasn't a one off thing... See pics That urine is everywhere and it has been seeping into the tile and grout for a long time. Smelled horrible. I can't believe that anyone would use that restroom, including the employees, because if that's where they're going to the restroom in washing their hands, then I guarantee you the food they're cooking unsanitary too.

A very silent speaking employee next to a blaring TV is not a good combination. He could not understand our order and we could not understand him respond. Ordering took like 15 min and he did several mistakes. The place to eat is cold, dirty and loud. The Detroit style pizza was quite good though, so we may order next time for delivery but will never come in person here again.

Order a pizza for some associates at my job and gave specific instructions for them to call when they arrive so that I could come meet them. The delivery driver showed up and was irate over the fact that he didn’t want to have to call and we should have given specific instructions. He went on for at least 10-15 minutes in front of our customers. I called the store manager BRIAN and told him of situation and he said I will notate it. I told him okay but the pizza is nasty and cold he said I made it and it’s fine. THATS IT .. even asked if they could come pick it up and he insisted it was hot.

I ordered Jets pizza over the phone and went to pick it up. They were working without gloves. Putting cheese and pepperoni on pizzas and then wiped their hands on their shorts. When I looked up the Jets pizza gloves policy (see image below) it states that each employee must wear gloves at all times when preparing food items. I also decided to take a picture of the guys that were working on the pizza putting cheese without gloves (see image below).
