They caters our event (clashcon 2024) and it was the absolute best. Best bang for your buck. The delivery guy was amazing and everything was perfect. I suggest ordering more mac&cheese because it was awesome.

My friend and I had 4 refills of soda. All crushed ice, not enough soda. Dropped off soda, did not take our order until few minutes later. Otherwise, food was good. Brisket was served differently than the one in Indian Land, where they have it sliced and hanging off bun. Still yummy.

She’s always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely cares about making sure we have a great experience—especially when I'm there with my baby. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail really stand out. Plus, the food is always fantastic for our whole family, and we leave looking forward to the next visit. Came in to pick up sauce and Heather helped me including this sweet girl with curly brown hair. I didn’t catch her name, but these ladies are the BEST! They deserve the best tips and raise. Such sweet ladies and will give you be the best service! Love them and will be coming back for them and the food!!

The Manager Ms. Christina was amazing. I ordered some food for a work gathering. There was a small hiccup where they could not find my catering order . Christina was so nice and professional. I would definitely come back she made my first time experience amazing! Great job Christina thank you for your professionalism and your willingness to help! So sweet and kind!

They used to have an excellent hamburger. Not sure what happened there but somebody made a poor decision.
Other than that, yes the barbecue is above average. Like most barbecue places in Charlotte now trying to make everyone happy by serving every style barbecue from every part of the country and not really doing any of them at the high level.

And yes, I understand they're from Alabama and the chicken with the Alabama white sauce is probably the best thing on the menu.

I had an amazing experience at Jim’s BBQ ! Our waitress, Cassie, was fantastic-friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed.
She went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable and was super knowledgeable about the menu. The food was great, but Cassie's service truly made the experience memorable. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

This place has the BEST Barbecue in the area. I am from Rock Hill and when I want good barbecue, yummy sides and great service, I drive to this Jim ‘N Nicks.

Wanted to give a shout out to Manager Robert who took care of me and my kids today. We placed a order via a 3rd party and when it arrived it was wrong and many items were missing. I called and spoke to Robert and apologized and remade my order right! The little one needs her Mac and Cheese so I was pleased he was so kind to solve this issue. This is one of my favorite restaurants in town, and Robert solidified that belief! Great job and we will be back!
