Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q

Poor poor experience, I made an online order tonight and placed it for delivery, didn’t realize you outsource it to Door Dash….complete disaster. Was given a 45 minute delivery window, after a hour and half the order still wasn’t picked up. I called the store and asked if my food was still there, which it was. I called Door Dash and was told a driver had picked it up, then was messaged by the driver saying she didn’t pick it up. I then had to drive to the store myself and pick up my room temperature food. Then I call Door Dash about a refund to be told I need to contact the store about a refund. Horrible horrible horrible experience and I will not be back.

Great food and atmosphere. Martin was great he ran back and forth for us maintained such kindness. We appreciate the service and we will be back!

The one in Concord is a better experience but the food was still good!

You can't go wrong here! They have so many choices of food. I do not eat bbq, but I went there and thoroughly enjoyed a chopped salad with smoked chicken...😋
The waitress was amazing. The atmosphere is great and the staff was very accommodating. If you drive by Jim 'N Nick's Bar-B-Q, you're doing yourself an injustice! Enjoy! 🍽

Ordered online. Email stated when it will be ready. Had to wait 25 minutes more inside.. unacceptable. People have lunch breaks and have places to be.

I have to start off with my waiter. She was absolutely amazing. Her personality was brilliant. Her name is Cassandra. She goes by Cassie. She makes you feel like she is part of your family. She makes you laugh. She makes you feel comfortable and nothing excites her more than a Customer, who has never been there before, I absolutely love her. I will always sit in her section when I go. Now, before I went I did a lot of research. There were a lot of mixed reviews. Some people saying the food is nothing to brag about for the prize some people saying that they just didn’t like it. Another saying that it was amazing for me. The entire experience was amazing. Cassie started off by giving us a sample plate because it was our first time so we got to sample the pulled chicken, the brisket and the pulled pork. I loved everything. The brisket meat was a little fatty but nonetheless it was still great. I ended up getting the loaded mac & cheese instead of topping it with brisket. I topped it with the pulled chicken with a side of brisket. I know it sounds greedy, but it was amazing. Needless to say I will definitely be going back and I will be sitting in Cassie section. Management, If you see this post Cassie definitely deserves a raise.

I came from Pennsylvania to visit my daughter today and asked for ribs.
She suggested JIM’ N NICK’S.
We were nicely greeted and served by Maribeth.
SHE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST.
My friend thought she was so good that she tipped her over twice as much as her usual tipping.
The food was very delicious and I would come back for Maribeth and that bread alone.

The food was great! If you get the pit master nachos, you can share them. My husband and I got one each, we both needed a box to go. They have the GOOD ice!!!
