The hair was inside the actual sub I just threw back in the bag 🙄

Surprisingly bad service, if I were the owner I’d be concerned. Placed an online order to pick up, get there 20 min later and the order wasn’t ready. 3 employees seemed under the influence and couldn’t figure out what had happened to the order. Once the order was “located” or probably made since I was there for 10 minutes, the sandwiches were both wrong and missing standard ingredients! Nobody else was in this establishment so I’m very confused how the mark was missed. To sum up: Stale bread, missing ingredients, and a long wait- save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

It's the city, plenty of food choices around. When you want a meal quick. Download the app and look for the address here. The staff wasn't in the most happiest mood but regardless they did their job and made the transaction smooth. There was no waiting time for me. I was able to place the order down the street and walk in to verified who I was. The sandwich 🥪 was toasty just the way I like it. Sitting down might be challenging depending on the time.

Terrible service they put 2 slices of roast beef on my sandwich and had a nasty attitude when I requested this to be fixed or refunded. Jamal is who I spoke with but there is another lady there who had a terrible attitude in the phone. Will not return. Don’t waste your time here.

BEWARE, STAY AWAY. The Italian nightclub sandwich I got here yesterday May 28 was straight up rancid. It taste funny so I looked inside and something had either gone bad or was tampered with, it was absolutely disgusting!!! Immediately deleted the JJ app and WILL NEVER eat Jimmy John's again.
I had an unpleasant experience at Jimmy John’s today. When my number was called, I was already standing there waiting, but the associate rolled her eyes at me. This kind of attitude is uncalled for and made the interaction feel unnecessarily rude. I hope the staff can improve their customer service in the future.
