The manager 'DJ' has the absolute worst customer service.I put in an order for 2 sandwiches that normally take approximately 15-20 minutes for delivery.After 45 minutes I called for a status on the order and the girl advised that there was only one driver and he was doing the best he canAbout 45 minutes after that called back and the manager DJ was very rude and unhelpfulI was advised that the number on the order was incorrect and that my order was deleted because I was unable to be reached. Which I found odd because when I offered him information such as the order number or my name he already knew who I was from the phone number that I called from.I asked him if there was a problem with the phone number why was I not advised when I called 45 minutes before.He then told me that the girl that answered the phone had no access to their delivery system so the information she gave me was probably not even correct. I asked if she did not have access to the delivery system why would she not put somebody else on the phone who did, if I was calling about a delivery order. His attitude got aggressive and then I asked to speak to superior he told me I could call back in 45 minutes but I could not speak to her because she was on the line cooking. I explained that I could not call back in 45 minutes because I too and it worked and could he just swap her out on the lines so she could come to the phone. He said that's not how that works and he couldn't do that so I asked was there a customer service number and he said no I asked for the district manager's information name or phone number and he refused to give that. When I was asking for his name and information he said all he would give me was the name DJ and he hung up on me.We have been ordering from this location for 2 years and never once have they called before delivery and never once has this ever been a problem.Now I don't have the time or money (because mine is on hold for72 hrs)to order another meal for myself or my team mate.Major fail as we are starving.

Purchased a sub around 2p.No one greeted me everyone look so annoyed they have to do their job!Cashier was very rude and rushed me taking my order. Was talking to the other employees while I’m ordering my food. Got a combo and all the sodas was flat. Sub was rushed made. This location looks very dirty. I will never return. This location is located in a high volume area clearly they just hiring bodies

I went to this location for a interview. I was told I got the job and I would be sent paperwork. I called for a week and a half, never got a call back. In addition when i called a worker there was like if she ain't call you back then she ain't trying to hire you. I felt the hire manager could have told me that and that was a rude response, when I had to pay someone to bring me to interview. I was treated badly.

The staff would prefer you not to bother them. I used the mobile app. They placed my bottled coke in the bag with my sandwich and it was not cold anymore when I picked it up. I don’t normally leave bad reviews.

Let's just say best service ever ;) we were at the Charlotte Convention center and didn't know our way around and Tiffany actually rode her bike to us to help us get to the restaurant best service ever ? i highly recommend this Jimmy John's on s Tyron street in Charlotte and meeting a new friend is a blessing ? I couldn’t wait to get back to my computer to leave this review for order taker DANIEL and the unnamed “manager” at store #934.Before I even give the terrible experience I will also mention that I recently fractured my foot in two places so it’s already very difficult for me to walk from my office all the way to this store location on my own with crutches.The store was packed (it was lunch rush as usual uptown Charlotte is busy between noon and about 1:30pm). As I approached to give my order the cashier started off by rolling her eyes and profusely tapping on the touch screen in front of her. No initial eye contact, no “hello” no nothing. I understand it’s busy and frustrating so I just continued with my order. Daniel not only cut me off mid sentence multiple times while taking my order she also gave me an attitude because I asked to swap meat on my order. After rudely interrupting me several times I mentioned to her she was coming off aggressive like she had an attitude. She then raised her voice at me and told me that I “don’t know what I want” and she was “making sure that I don’t get down to the end and start talking about “y’all got my order wrong!! blah blah.” her EXACT words. Then proceeds to tell me I’m the one with the attitude.She then tossed my receipt at me and walked away ranting about me to her coworkers. I myself was on the clock/on break so I didn’t have time to go back and forth with her like I would’ve if I was on my own time and for that DANIEL should be grateful.Moving along they STILL got my order wrong. I asked for a FAVORITE ORIGINAL COMBO, they gave me no cup for my beverage so on my way to tell them my sandwich was wrong I grabbed a cup and bag of chips. As I approach the register I hear FROM THE MANAGER ON DUTY did not get her name she was a shorter, high calorie lady with braids. She tells me I need to pay for my drink and chips.Since I was afraid they might try to tamper with my food I went ahead and paid AGAIN for my side and beverage which was an additional $4. I told them my order was incorrect without even any apology or any type of compassion she turned around to go remake my sandwich. The original cashier with the glasses and terrible attitude somehow ended up with my new sandwich and tossed it at me without saying a word.I’m not sure if it was because they had a bad day or what but this entire experience was unacceptable. I will be contacting corporate. I would recommend for no one to ever spend their hard earned money at this location the atmosphere is very negative, it’s unorganized and now that I think about it not one of those employees wore gloves as they went from touching their phones back to the sandwich station.
