I was there June 18th to pick up an order for a customer through a delivery app. The employees there were very kind and approachable. They spoke to everyone as soon as that person came through the door. The staff carried an energy level second to none. Zayman the GM for that location seems to be the catalyst to all the positivity I received during my visit!

Family Dentistry at CIC

We order lunch periodically from this location and it is always very good. Today 4/9/25 they definitely gave us a WOW experience! Their customer service and follow up is outstanding! Thank you!!

There was not enough food on my sandwich. Iwhen I got home and opened my sandwich. I know I was cheated on my extra Meat to pay $23. Just got a small amount of food and I asked for extra and I did not get my extra. The young lady was awesome that served me because I’m handicap and she really helped me out a whole lot I mean a in a wheelchair and I didn’t feel safe because it was not accessible right at the door was a handicap spot when it was, but I didn’t feel comfortable getting out in my wheelchair in the dark so the young lady really helped me out a whole lot thank you thank you ma’am

Save your $$$ and go to Publix Deli! Will not return to any Jimmy Johns.

I experienced the worse customer service ever from Spencer and a young lady working with him during my visit. I went inside to place an order to go and after I placed my order I went to wait inside my car as it was busy inside. I noticed the guy in front of me walk inside to get his order so proceeded to go inside and noticed that another customer got their order before me even though I ordered first. When I asked why the customer that placed their order after me received their order first, the young lady on shift had an attitude and responded “because she was inside the store”. I told the young lady that I ordered first and she ignored me. Spencer said the orders were mixed up, but no one apologized. I called back to get the young lady’s name and Spencer hung up on me and refused to take anymore of my calls. The last time I called Daniel answered and disconnected when I asked for the young lady’s name. This is unacceptable. I’ve been a great customer and I don’t deserve to be treated that way.

The employee named "Ann" displayed attitude from the moment I walked through the door. I literally walked up to the counter and after finally acknowledging me, I only said "Hi, I just placed a mobile order." She checks a ticket that's hanging and tells me "It just came through so it's going to be a minute." I thought that was a strange response, but didn't say anything. I turned and went to sit down in a booth at the front of the store. A little child (maybe 4yrs old) was sitting alone in a separate booth, eating a Jimmy John's cookie. Moments later Ann says "Your order is down there" and points to the far end of the counter. I look and basically she's making me go to the far end of the store to get my "pre-ordered pickup." (There's a rack at the front of the store for orders like that.) When I do walk past her and down the counter I notice that my food isn't bagged and I also checked off "napkins" when I pre-ordered. Ann refused to bag my food and give me the requested napkins. At this point I lost my cool and asked her why was she being so nasty to me from the time I walked through the door? She said she's the only one working and I can reach behind the counter and get the bags and napkins myself. I'm posting this here and I'm also calling corporate tomorrow because Ann needs a break (and a babysitter).
