First, I love JJ subs!! My first visit at this one, clean store, staff professional, greeted us with a smile. I certainly appreciate the speediness that JJ subs promote zipping your order in record time, however let me finish my order before tearing the inside bread out (I actually want the extra) and attempting to make a sandwich before I get completely done. Sometimes I may choose to change condiments after initially ordering. I decided I want extra of something and my sandwich is already wrapped. I would rather have accuracy than speed. Also, my food was bagged before I could even say dining in. So there is a waste of bags because once you have it they don't take it back, so eventually prices are on the rise...

The service from the guy who took our order was friendly. He was patient as to my family of 4 not knowing exactly what we wanted right away. The lady who prepared our order did it in a timely manner. The wraps and sandwiches we ordered were delicious. We enjoyed them. The atmosphere of the restaurant was quiet and would've been nice to sit and eat. But there was an odor in there, I assumed it was the mats on the floor in the entrance.

My kids and I come here once a week to have dinner in between their dance classes. I always order online and it’s always ready by the time we get there. The staff are really nice and always say hi to us. I like the wraps. They’re a nice change of pace from the subs. The store is always really clean, including the restrooms.

I ate here a few months ago. I had placed 3 orders to go. Poor quality and very poor customer service. About an hour ago, my roommate ordered a delivery order. About 20 minutes ago, he received notice that the food was delivered. No notification showed up on our door camera app, and footage review shows nothing. He called the location. In the meantime, we went building to building, floor by floor, in search of the food. The person on the phone said that it was delivered, but then said, "oh, it's right here." So it wasn't delivered and they flat-out lied. Idk who is running this location, but it's overpriced for extremely poor customer service. Oh - and after they found the food, he said that they simply disconnected the call. My roommate was not rude or short with them, so I don't understand why they would act in such a manner. They just arrived with the food and said, "Door Dash was glitching' and that's why it said it was delivered." Funny that the man was wearing a Jimmy John's shirt. We threw the food in the garbage. God only knows what they did with it.
