Great service. I would recommend, 10/10. Their best driver is Dre Coleman, he’s so polite and nice. And he’s a very handsome guy.

Usually go to the park rd location because I had this problem. Ordered a turkey original and ask for avocado spread to be added payed for the addon and didn't receive it.

I came in recently after moving to the area and had a fantastically pleasant experience! The store was clean and the staff were very hospitable. I will be a returning customer!

I asked for a #4 with no tomato, add provolone and avocado spread. The guy at the register had no idea what he was doing. He had to ask me multiple times what it was I wanted to add and my sandwhich STILL came out wrong. The lady at the counter told me I can't add tomato to it when I had already said multiple times that I DID NOT WANT TOMATO. #4 comes with turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. When I got my sandwhich there was no mayo or lettuce. I don't want to eat just turkey and provolone. I've worked in fast food for 2 years and it is not that difficult.

The food was great and the scenery was amazing the only problem I had was the cashier slightly had an attitude but other than that 8 out of 10 in my opinion I would go again if there was another cashier

Don’t order delivery from this location. Placed delivery order for a combo ($18 including delivery). Arrived with no drink! Driver spoke little no English but said he would return with the drink in cinco minutes. Waited in the lobby at work for 20 min and no drink. Called to address the issue and request a refund. 1st call the guy spoke too fast and hung up before I could understand the resolution. Called back and the general manager Susan answered to say the only resolution was to return with my drink or get a $2 for credit (less than the cost of the drink). The $2 credit could not be added to my account and could only be used at that location by me calling ahead. I don’t live close or frequent the location. Asked for a refund due to the inconvenience as I’m working and unable to go up and down. No refunds allowed. So if they get it wrong, they will only remake the food or credit for that location - both options inconvenience the customer. Very disappointed and will never order delivery again
I order a tuna sandwich over the phone when I went to pick it up.
I asked the girl did she have a
cold cause her noise was running. She then said NO and wiped her noise with her apron.
I left the sandwich right there. People please eat and cook at home.

I don’t know who my delivery guy was, but he is AWESOME! He even committed to the “freaky fast” bit, and while on the phone with me, he acted out of breath and it was freaking hilarious. He got me my food SUPER FREAKY FAST, and went above and beyond to deliver it to my door even though I offered to meet him downstairs. Thanks for the awesome service and food!
