COMPLETELY DISGUSTING!!!! My 7 year old was eating her sandwich and asks me what is this “black thing”. After looking closer, A BUG IN HER SANDWICH!!!! I am disgusted. My partner calls the store back and asks for a refund and they said they will need to “speak to their manager”. Ummmm???? Hello???? Never again!!!

The best JJ location in Charlotte for these consistent reasons: staff is professional and friendly; restaurant is clean, tidy, and well kept; and the sandwiches are prepared nicely. Always had a good experience at this location. You can tell that the staff who work here care about their job and this store. The other nearby locations such as Rivergate and Carowinds are hood and disrespectful, and Berewick is not as friendly, so make sure to come to this location (Whitehall) instead!!

Staff was friendly, unfortunately the food wasn’t very great. I ordered a beach club which is supposed to have turkey, provolone cheese, and avocado spread already on it. I got home and neither the cheese or avocado spread was on any part of my sandwich, I also asked to add peppers which were also not on there. The peppers I can usually let slide but forgetting 2 main ingredients too? It wasn’t even busy or anything either.

Great lunch experience. Came in at the beginning of lunch , so no wait! Service was excellent, and sandwiches were made as ordered. Also learned that I could purchase loaves of bread that were cooked at the end of the night and were not used. This is great because my child loves the bread. I also used it for a quick breakfast sandwich (eggs, Chipotle sauce, avocado, and turkey ? ) it was delicious!Thanks, Jimmy Johns!
