The best JJ location in Charlotte for these consistent reasons: staff is professional and friendly; restaurant is clean, tidy, and well kept; and the sandwiches are prepared nicely. Always had a good experience at this location. You can tell that the staff who work here care about their job and this store. The other nearby locations such as Rivergate and Carowinds are hood and disrespectful, and Berewick is not as friendly, so make sure to come to this location (Whitehall) instead!!
Great lunch experience. Came in at the beginning of lunch , so no wait! Service was excellent, and sandwiches were made as ordered. Also learned that I could purchase loaves of bread that were cooked at the end of the night and were not used. This is great because my child loves the bread. I also used it for a quick breakfast sandwich (eggs, Chipotle sauce, avocado, and turkey ? ) it was delicious!Thanks, Jimmy Johns!
This was my 1st time at Jimmy John's and I got an Italian sub ...the large one. That was actually a really good sandwich and it took 2 days to eat. I thought that the price was reasonable. Sorry I don't have a picture.... I ate that sandwich up!
