This is the worst Jimmy John’s. I’ve tried them a few times especially under new management. The sandwiches are sloppy and have 1/2 if anything u ask for. U have to go In and watch over them if u want it done right. A 15$ sandwich had 3 slices of cheese and salami!!!! No tomatoes or cucumbers asked for. And the owner takes no accountability .

I had an amazing experience at jimmy john’s The food was absolutely delicious each dish was bursting with flavor, and the service was top-notch. I especially loved the workers. an old guy and a pretty young lady were very friendly and sweet Can’t wait to come back and try more. Highly recommend!

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at this Jimmy John’s location. The manager on duty, who appeared to be much older (around 70s), had extremely poor hygiene that made the entire visit uncomfortable. While taking my order, he spit on the computer screen, which was extremely unsanitary. His overall hygiene was very concerning — he smelled terrible, had only a few teeth left, and his breath was overpowering.
What worried me the most was the thought that if basic personal hygiene isn’t being taken care of, then hand washing and food safety might also be neglected. This is unacceptable in a food service environment where cleanliness should be the highest priority.
The situation was so unpleasant that I actually changed my mind about ordering food altogether. I didn’t feel comfortable eating something prepared under those conditions.
Jimmy John’s is usually known for being fast and fresh, but this experience was the exact opposite. I strongly urge corporate to look into this location’s management and hire someone who can properly represent the brand and maintain the standards of cleanliness customers expect.

I want to say I appreciate the honesty and integrity of Ms.Logan and Mr.Richard!! There was an error with my card and they helped fix it !! with such kindness and integrity with no problem !!

I’ve visited the Jimmy John’s in Blakeney twice now, and both times I left really uncomfortable—mainly because of an older male employee who works there. The first time, he was rude to a younger female customer in front of me. I’ve seen the two of them in the store together before, so the way he spoke to her didn’t sit right with me. He also messed up my order, and the same younger girl—who was working with him—had to step in and fix it.
A few weeks later, I came back, and he made my sandwich incorrectly again. What bothered me most was how he spoke to that same girl (she had long black hair and braces). She handled it really well and calmly said, “There’s a customer in store,” then went back to helping me. She seemed like a good worker who knew what she was doing, even though he didn’t treat her with much respect.
The worst part was the cleanliness. He touched his phone, the register, and then my sandwich—all with the same pair of gloves. That’s absolutely not okay in a food environment.
Also, I noticed him asking customers for tips, which felt really unprofessional. Overall, this location needs to seriously reevaluate how it’s being run. 0/5 stars

Jimmy John’s is known for their speedy service. I ordered online. At pick up, there were 3 people in line as I told them my name for the online pick up order; 2 other customers who had already ordered were waiting. Another guy came in after this to pick up his online order. Everyone in the restaurant got their food before me, not sure why. The employees were friendly & apologetic, but this still could have been avoided. I was there over 10 minutes.
