Bernard is the greatest employee anyone could ask for. I can't explain in words how helpful he was, but I do know that he is the last of a dying bread when it comes to customer service. I hope companies realize when they have someone like him because as a current store manager in the restaurant industry people like him get over looked and I will definitely be trying to steal him away if Jimmy John's doesn't recognize the gem they have.
I came to the store at 10:38 thinking that they were open and I found out that they were not. I went back to my car and when I turned around the manager was there letting me know that they are not open, but the bread is already done and I can come back in to order. That was absolutely amazing and made my day. More businesses should be like this.
Definitely the best, cleanest and best service Jimmy John’s I have been to. Subs were excellent as always, staff was upbeat and attentive. I highly recommend this location over any other sub shop in the area!
