Went in to get my mobile order but the one employee there hadn’t noticed the order come through so I had to wait for them to make it. Also, realized once I’d left that they’d given me a sandwich, not the wrap that I ordered. Also, the customizations I’d added my order were disregarded. The food was still good though, I mean, it’s Jimmy John’s!Update: the manager reached out and worked with us to resolve the issue. Appreciate the customer service.

I'm highly disappointed. Ordered the BBQ chicken ranch and received it with missing toppings and barely any chicken on it. Literally just lettuce and cheese. Same with the other order barely any meat on it. Waste of $30.

We stopped by after my fiance wanted Jimmy johns and we got 2 sandwiches but we forgot to ask them to not put mayo on my pregnant fiances sandwich, so after a little bit of time one of their employees came by and asked what was wrong and explained the situation. So they made her a new sandwich with no mayo and didnt charge us for it. To all the staff we appreciate the kind gesture and are kind souls. 10/10 service for sure

I can't believe what just happened, I went to get 4 sandwiches today Tuesday 08/29 at 7:45pm, my girl and I just had Starbucks and had the empty cup on our hands and when we were about to trash it to start ordering the guy in charge told as not to do it, that is a lot of trash he said what is in our mind thinking that we could go to his store and dump our trash, I couldn't believe it, we have lived in berewick for the past 6 years and have entered to all places on this area and never had that attitude from an employe before, we were regulars, never going back.
I ordered a Big John, and all I got was two slices of roat beef. For a place that just opened new, it's pretty disappointing. You're better off going to Jersey Mike's subs next to Harris Teeter as they make their sandwiches much better.

Originally couldn't find this new location on the website when I searched by zip code but I looked more in depth on the website and found the location. I was already in the parking lot but placed the order online so I could get rewards. Simple order process. I've done it a million times. Quick pick up process. I like the oil and vinegar on the side so I have to request it. I tried the new Caprese Salami Pesto. It wasn't my favorite. It had too many sauces and there was too much cheese. Overall I'm glad to have a Jimmy John's even closer to my house. I know I will be grabbing lunch here often.
