Bacon on BLT was soggy and tough. Kids sandwiches had no mayo and were regular size…not mini kid size. Bread on all sandwiches was tough. Disappointed in this location.

My order had said delivered and was not outside so I called the store to just get an update - was fine it was slow due to how busy it was but I just wanted to know where my food was as it was saying delivered. The Mananger was extremely rude - then asked me to give him 10 mins to call his driver and give him a call back so I did that. When calling back he told me I wasn’t allowing him to do his job etc even though I did exactly what he asked. This is a short version but extremely rude and horrible customer service. Delivery driver was great though.

First time here. Not disappointed. I got the toasted Country Club and wife got the Kickin Ranch Chicken wrap. Both delicious. The toasting of the Club made it 100% better. Chip bag is 2 ounces, which is better than most places. Comfortable seating. I'd recommend.

Vegetarian options: Jimmy Johns seasonal menus will sometimes have vegetarian options. For example right now they have a Mediterranean veggie wrap with hummus that is quite good!
Why in the world would Jimmy johns remove Dijon mustard from their condiment selection? Corporate greed has gone too far. Is profit more important than flavor? Only Yellow mustard is available? Have you gone insane, Mr John?
