The kid that was behind the counter was the most rude server I have ever encountered. Seems to be a bit of a trend in Charlotte, NC. I will never return to the Jimmy John’s on Sharon in Charlotte.

Good, consistent experience at this Jimmy John’s. First time at this location and it didn’t disappoint! Atmosphere was ranked low only because there is no inside seating and parking was tight, tight, tight!

Aside from the whole foods coming over to sell weed in front of the store, I truly loved watching the "manager" go fight someone in the Whole Foods, cussing and screaming and threatening violence, all to the great dismay of actual WF employees. Some of which, again, spend most of their shift just sitting in front of this Jimmy John's selling weed.
The best theatre I've ever seen, but a bit of a poor show for a sandwich shop. Cannot recommend.

BEWARE! The manager never returned my call so I’m sure he won’t mind me sharing since he didn’t want me to share with him That I got trash that made us sick. Also this location will skimp on giving you what you ordered but will gladly take your money. customer service isn’t a priority or an option. Skip the garbage juice they serve and go to jersey mikes across the street for real food. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya! Oh and they just post to these reviews to look good. Some of the positive reviews are fakes to boost their review. The company or franchisee don’t do anything at all to resolve your issues especially if it made you sick. They actually ignore you. The comment they put for your feedback is all for show. It makes it seem like they care to those reading these reviews. Just FYI
