Overall great experience at this location. Went there during the week for lunch. I’ve been wanting to try the hot subs and it was better than expected. The Italian has always been my favorite and the Italian hot was amazing. This location was clean and friendly. Though it’s not a big place and eating in could be challenging with a big group.

I had such a great experience at Jimmy John’s today! The girl making the sandwiches was incredibly friendly and welcoming — she had such a positive attitude and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. She even took a moment to tell me about the new toasted subs they’re offering, which I didn’t even know about. Her recommendation was spot-on — the toasted sandwich was delicious! It’s refreshing to get great customer service and a tasty meal. I’ll definitely be coming back. 🙌🥪

I stopped by the store just now to get my favorite sub. Looks like they had a change of staff. The cashier guy was incredibly rude and unfriendly. Treated me like a disposable piece of trash. I left without even finishing my order. I hope Management can work on fixing this issue. In the meantime, stay away.

This JJ puts the one on 160 Fort Mill to shame! Excellent, friendly service. Management and staff were helpful and pleasant. They repeated the order and ensured that the ingredients you want are on the sandwich and those you do not are not. The establishment is clean and the food came out Freaky fast!
This is by far the worst Jimmy Johns establishment I've ever been to. They gave us not one but 3 sandwiches all with bright green on the bread. Then they tried gaslighting us, saying it was "the lettuce turned it green." However I spoke to a former Jimmy Johns manager who said in his 3 years of working there that has never happened. That they were spouting BS and lettuce doesnt do that. You throw out so much bread at the end of the night and you couldn't make me a fresh batch??? Do better JJs.

The staff here is Amazing. I Always receive Exemplary Customer Service. I don't order here regularly, but I needed lunch. I didn't realize that the $3 Little John that I use to get is now $5.29. It is EXTREMELY SMALL and not a good value, at all. The Slim is bigger with no toppings. It's up to the franchise owner for pricing. The Little John is appropriate, for a 5 yr old child's kids meal. It was my fault for not getting more information.

Upon entering was never acknowledged in any way. Guys seemed cold & nor welcoming. Almost didn't order but did against my better judgment. Sandwiches did not have complete meat coverage. Got to the bottom of the Sandwiches no meat. So I will continue to go to Jersey Mikes.
