This is by far the worst Jimmy Johns establishment I've ever been to. They gave us not one but 3 sandwiches all with bright green on the bread. Then they tried gaslighting us, saying it was "the lettuce turned it green." However I spoke to a former Jimmy Johns manager who said in his 3 years of working there that has never happened. That they were spouting BS and lettuce doesnt do that. You throw out so much bread at the end of the night and you couldn't make me a fresh batch??? Do better JJs.

I accidentally placed my order at this Jimmy John’s location instead of the location I was closest to. The person I spoke with was so nice and got everything sorted quickly. My order was cancelled right away, and a refund was issued.

The staff here is Amazing. I Always receive Exemplary Customer Service. I don't order here regularly, but I needed lunch. I didn't realize that the $3 Little John that I use to get is now $5.29. It is EXTREMELY SMALL and not a good value, at all. The Slim is bigger with no toppings. It's up to the franchise owner for pricing. The Little John is appropriate, for a 5 yr old child's kids meal. It was my fault for not getting more information.

Upon entering was never acknowledged in any way. Guys seemed cold & nor welcoming. Almost didn't order but did against my better judgment. Sandwiches did not have complete meat coverage. Got to the bottom of the Sandwiches no meat. So I will continue to go to Jersey Mikes.

I've ordered thousands of Jimmy John's sandwiches over the years, and this was the WORST experience I've ever had with a Jimmy John's. We had just gotten back from vacation so had no food in the house. We decided to get some Jimmy John's because it's usually quick and the kids were hungry. I called in an order for delivery...gave the order and confirmed the address they had in the computer from the last time they delivered to me. After 50 minutes, I called to check on the order, and was told that we were not in their delivery range. The guy said he had meant to call me but got busy and forgot. When I pointed out that if they were not going to honor the order they should have called me right away, he had the nerve to say, "What's the problem...you haven't paid for it yet."I understand mistakes happen, and if they had called me right away to let me know they couldn't deliver, it wouldn't have been a problem. Since they forgot to call me, they should have delivered the order this time and informed me that they couldn't deliver in the future. Instead, I got HORRIBLE customer service and no food after waiting almost an hour. Lucky for me I called, or I would still be waiting for my order.

Every single time i order on the app, the money comes out of my account but the restaurant never seems to receive the order …???? It’s SUPER frustrating. Please fix your Mobile app and also, the girl working up front who claims to be the “manager” needs to have a better attitude when answering the phones and better customer service skills. Went to the restaurant instead of Doordash. Ordered #13, everything on it and got back to work with nothing but the meats and a few pickles. I won't be back. Ugh

I visit this Jimmy Johns almost every week. Christian is the best!! I love the Pepe Unwich and was telling him how much I enjoy it when he suggested the Kickin Ranch sauce that's made in house with the Jimmy Johns peppers. OMG!!! Game changer, it took my sandwich to another level. I can't stop talking it! Absolutely love it! Now I have turned friends onto not only the delicious taste of the Unwich with no bread but the sauce that makes it even better!Thanks Christian!!

Tried to place a delivery order but although there is a store a little over mile down the road they don't deliver to my area my town Pineville is not even on the list of towns in NC. Called the store its still there in the unknown town. Really wanted a jimmy sandwich bu no go.
