Steele Creek location in Charlotte. Never know if they are going to be open when you get there. Posted hours are until 9pm today (Sunday). Got there at 7:45 and they were locking up!

Not sure her name that is working today, but she is all by herself and doing a phenomenal job! She was sweet, knowledgeable, fast paced, and overall just a wonderful employee!

Ordered food on July 22nd, 2025 to my work. Order was set up with Uber eats by the location. Food was never delivered, no way to contact Uber eats since I did not set up the delivery and do not use that service. Called the store multiple times to no answer. After an hour I called JJ's customer service line. They attempted to call the location to no answer as well. I was told the location owner would contact me for a refund but I have not heard anything from them. I then used door dash to order food since mine never arrived. No contact from the location. JJ's customer service team has been responsive but the location has not. I will not order from here again.
I ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 chips online today for delivery. When the order arrived, almost an hour later, the order was not complete. It was missing the 2 chips. I called the store manager and she indicated she could deliver the chips or offer a refund. I selected the refund. Almost 2 hours later, a different store manager called and indicated that I would not get a refund, as the driver said the chips were delivered. He said it was a he said/she said situation and it was their policy not to refund. I reiterated the chips were not delivered and asked if they could just deliver them as the previous manager stated that was an option. I was told they did not have a driver for the afternoon. They offered a free sandwich, but would not be able to deliver, I had to go to the store. This is terrible customer service and I did not even go into my experience of talking with an employee about the delivery taking so long. If Jimmy Johns had acted with integrity and delivered on the premise of fulfilling an order and if they couldn't, to refund the portion not filled, I would have no issue with this. Their refusal to refund $5, (its the principle!) has cost them a long time customer. I realize that in the grand scheme of life this loss will have little impact on them, but I hope I can warn customers of this treachery so they can make an informed decision. They essentially stole $5 from me.

They refused to cancel the order over the phone even though they hadn't started making my sandwich yet and I had already paid the money.

They make your sandwich fast, they have cool decorations and funny signs in the bathroom. What is there not to love? (Imo its better than which wich.)

I recently paid a visit to Jimmy John’s in Steele Creek, Charlotte, North Carolina. After craving their subs for a few days, I finally made it there, only to find they had closed early on my previous attempts because I got off work late.
When I walked in today, I asked for a turkey sandwich, while my son wanted to customize his own. The staff member I spoke to made it clear that wasn't really an option, which was disappointing but I figured that’s just how it goes since it’s not Subway.
What frustrated me more was his lack of engagement. Instead of taking my order and having a conversation, he seemed more interested in whatever was on his phone, hardly paying attention to me as a customer.
Once the sandwiches were ready and handed to me, I requested a bag for takeout. Instead of simply giving me one, the guy with dreadlocks just pointed at it, suggesting I get it myself. This kind of behavior is incredibly disrespectful and shows a lack of professionalism. There’s definitely a need for improvement in customer service here—this experience was not acceptable.

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten the correct order. It’s partly my fault for rarely opening the sandwich to see if they can read an order. Looks like they won again…

The people that work there are always very nice but every order I have every placed has had issues. Today I ordered one sandwich with no tomatoes and no cheese, add cucumbers. Everything was correct but the cucumbers. Usually it has the cheese and I have to take it off. Last week one of the subs was missing bacon. I'm not sure if it's the online order system or staff not paying attention to the order.
