I was having lunch with my daughter at her school at 11:25 and put an order in over the mobile app for 11:15 pickup. However I wanted to add a sandwich so I went to the store at 11:00 a.m. like right when they open. not only were my sandwiches ordered through the app ready at 11: 00. the store and staff were ready and polite when I ordered my additional sandwich. Top notch service!
Ok, so when you're on a diet and can't eat anything everywhere you go, it's good to know that Jimmy Johns makes alllll their sandwiches as a lettuce wrap! Maybe I'm late to the party, but I had no idea and was just hoping to grab something low carb or a sandwich without the bread. The girl at the counter was super sweet and helpful and told me they can do anything in a lettuce wrap, woot! If you're a keto dieter, the Slim #6 add Bacon in a lettuce wrap...
This is by far the best Jimmy Johns I've had, up and down, the East Coast. Their customer service is stellar - they always know my sandwich and sometimes if I'm stuck on a work call or with my dog in the car, they will see me pull up and bring out my sandwich if they aren't busy. Visiting this store has become part of my weekly routine - thanks to everyone at this location who make my visits pleasant! :)
