When it's actually a Jimmy John's driver I've always had great service. When they sub the work out to Doordash or Uber Eats it's always a nightmare. I wish there was a request for a Jimmy John's driver, I'll wait an extra few minutes to make sure I actually get my order.
Stopped by for lunch. No buddy left hungry. Really good sandwich. Really fast.. What more do you want from a $20 dollar bill

Very disappointed that it took over an hour for a delivery (ended up cancelling it) when I could’ve walked there and back AND eaten my meal in that time. This Jimmy John’s is NOT Freaky Fast, Freaky Slow is more like it.
The gentleman who I spoke to on the phone was so kind and considerate which I so appreciate, just disappointing that the driver ruined this experience for us.

My turkey and cheese, regular size sub had ONE slice of turkey on it, so thin that I could see through it. ONE SLICE… that was supposed to be my lunch.
They only have a white bread sub option. If you want whole wheat you have to get slices of bread.
