Ordered their Beach club through the app but literally its hardly any turkey. I dont remember ever getting a sandwich with basically sprinkles of meat. This can't even be considered shaved and its tiny bits and pieces of turkey and hardly any at that. It had 4 slices of cheese with the avocado spread wrapped in the cheese to make the sandwich look fuller. I chose no cheese (im allergic) and added bacon but apparently the app glitched because thats not what I got or what's on the receipt. My bad for not looking at the receipt before I left but I havent ever had this problem before. I basically just paid almost $15 for almost nothing but lettuce tomato and 3 cucumber slices on bread. Yeah NOT HAPPY!

If this store is owned by a franchisee it should be purchased back. Food was good, but there was one unfortunate girl being forced to run the entire store. I felt terrible for her. There literally were no other employees. She answered the phones, made the sandwiches, ran the register, everything. She felt bad about it, but folks understood it was not her fault. This is a management fault. If you don't have enough people to run a store, don't open. If you are not willing to go in and do the work yourself as a franchisee, don't own the store. The food was good, but the girl working was in way over her head and needed a lot of help. She couldn't have been more pleasant, however the seven other people waiting along with me may not have been as patient. Excellent employee, terrible store management. Freaky Fast should be changed to Seriously Slow for this location.

I’m writing this review not just because the food was great (the new bourbon BBQ sub was 10/10), but because the staff here deserves recognition. Randy took my order and was incredibly respectful, personable, and went above and beyond with his customer service - you rarely see someone with such a positive, professional demeanor. Shaina is consistently outstanding, always friendly, professional, and does an amazing job every time I’ve gone there. They’re a fantastic team, and they truly make this place stand out. Thank you! Also, add a tip jar! I pay in cash and was looking to see where I could tip them.

Order a Tuscan wrap. Absolutely vile meal. I have no idea the quality of product used to make it but it is not good. Immediately spit out my first bite and cannot finish the rest, utter waste of food and it was insanely overpriced to begin with. You should avoid not only this location but all jimmy johns cause i cant see it being much better anywhere else.
Follow up edit: i threw up 3 times after this single bite, stay away, for your health amd safety. Also JJ does zero refunds. Trash company, they obviously dont stand by their product.
Additional edit: Tea was terrible, so tried a soda, the machine is poorly calibrated, soda comes out watered down and flat.
Extremely unethical practices being done here.

Service is never great, but you kind of expect that from Jimmy John’s. My problem with them is this location does not put nearly enough meat on the sandwiches. I have been to many other locations across the US and have never been served a mostly bread sandwich multiple times.
Update: there were no false expectations. I’ve been to stores all over the country and have never experienced a jimmy John’s sandwich or wrap this horrible. Your passive aggressive response does nothing to help and also does not take any accountability for the terrible food. I tried it again today and it’s inedible.

It's always a good experience here. I have ordered delivery and pickup from here. Service is quick, as usual, and quality. The store was very clean as well.

I visited this location to cash in on a birthday freebie. I'd just downloaded the app to await the offer, but to no avail. So a young employee promptly contacted her supervisor to honor it. I'll be returning to try other delicious sandwiches. Thank you.

My delivery driver delivered my sandwich to the wrong house. When I called, the lady who answered the phone could care less, did not offer a refund and barley apologized. Today my sandwich had a big clump of hair in it. Gross!

What a world of difference between this location (Galleria) and the university location. The service was so fast and neat as I noticed the staff working in a way it made me feel humble, and as I don’t go out of the way to give positive reviews frequently. However the staff working tonight at this location merits recognition of excellent service. I took the time after my order to personally thank them (Shaina/Austin). They made me feel humble by their stellar service. I felt they deserved to be appreciated.Thanks, Jay
