Sandwich was unimpressive. The bread was not soft, the turkey tasted like store bought deli meat. The flavors were just not there. Maybe Jimmy John's just isn't my king of sandwich place in general. Not sure if this was a worker but we could see people behind the counter, with no uniform, no hair net, and lifting their shirt and rubbing their body near the sandwich counter. Definitely not a pleasing to see when you are eating. Bathrooms were clean. Floors were clean. Music wasn't too loud.

I just wanted to say that impressed by the customer service I received today I ordered a sandwich for delivery and unfortunately it was made the wrong way I ordered it did call the store and the young lady on the phone that my order was made wrong and she was nice enough to remake it for me and deliver it again I can that most places wouldn't even offer to do that nowadays but on my second delivery with the correct sandwich was fresh and good I am definitely impressed keep up the good work.

I tried to order online. There's an option to pay cash, which I chose. To my great disappointment they called me to inform me that I would need to pay in advance because they didn't have a driver and I guess they were going to use a third party. I prefer to pay cash on delivery of the food, so I declined. This is the last straw with Jimmy John's. Too often I've received a sub that is not to my specifications (bread has been gutted, wrong or missing toppings, skimping on the meat) and I'm tired of wasting my hard earned money on subpar subs and service. They will no longer be getting my business.
