Jimmy John’s has completely gone down hill! I ordered the club lulu, the description on the website states “double protein”, I have had an issue in the past several visits where their portions seems to becoming less and less. I paid $10 for a sub and got barely any meat on the sandwich. I called the restaurant to be refunded and proceeded to be argued with by the manager who just told me they “weigh their portions” without even looking at a photo of the sandwich I received. This will be the last time I go to Jimmy John’s. Not worth the money!!! You would better off getting a sub for cheaper from Harris teeter or… anywhere else!

I am a long time JJ visiter and had a terrible experience today. Went through the drive through. Ordered #11 no mayo combo. Drove home. First bite. Oozing mayo. I go back. Walk up to the register and the short lady says "what do you want?" I said I just went through the drive through and my orders wrong. She says "well what's wrong with it". I said "it doesn't match what the ticket says". She goes to the manager (who is working the line) and he said to make one on the fly. While I'm standing in front of him he doesn't say a word to me. Head down working as if I'm the problem and inconvenience for him. He wraps up my sub and says, "Do you need a bag?" I said no. He says "have a good day." No smile. No apology. Nothing. Just pushes me out. Felt like I was the problem when I didn't get what I paid for. Frustrating to say the least.

I go to the one at 7808 S Tryon St suite h, Charlotte, NC 28273 often on lunch breaks ver often. The manager there is the man and super nice. His employees seem happy to be at work.

I know they get busy at lunch, but when I go, they’re not so I don’t know what the excuse is for incorrect orders. I order a slim which is just meat and cheese but I also request mayo and mustard packets. I’ve been twice this week and both times no packets. It’s such a simple order I don’t understand why this happens

Avoidable. Ordering a large turkey sub with bacon seemed to get me a pound of bacon, but almost no turkey at all. Very frustrating for the price. Swore that I would never go back.

The bread was extremely hard which was unusual. The sandwich was also made incorrectly. I ordered at the drive through and paid with cash. I call the store when I got home and talked with Nick (the manager). He offered a refund but said I will need to come back to the store since I live too far away for them to deliver. I explained I don't think it's good customer service since I just left and now he wants me to drive back which is costing me extra gas money. They are 15 miles away from me. Nick then apologized and said there was nothing else he could do. Horrible customer service!!!

My VP & 3 Directors flew in from Denver & Illinois for a 4 day managerial training. One suggested Jimmy John's for lunch as he stated he heard great reviews. We ordered 6 subs. All were bad! They definitely didn't resemble the photos on line. They tasted more like bread sandwiches! Little meat portions, barely any onions , tomatoes or lettuce. Basically a rush job , with very little effort. Needless to say , it was embarrassing. Reminded me why I stopped eating at Subways 6 years ago. Over $60 bill! In this economy who has money to waste on bad food!

For someone who used to work here as my first job and has personally met the owner of these stores, I know Matthew is not training y’all like this. Not only did the person I was with have to ask what was on the country club multiple times and got a different answer every time. They had to remake my bf’s sandwich bc even though we asked multiple times we were not told mayo came on the sandwich. I ordered a club tuna. Which is what I get every time. This was my first time getting it on a wrap, but I am pretty sure it doesn’t come with 4 pieces of cheese that take up more of the order than the actual tuna. This was probably the worst experience I have had and I’m pretty understanding. But given the fact it was 9PM and we were the only people ordering at the time I just think it’s sloppy, lazy, and not worth the $25 I had to spend for 2 sandwiches. I’m extremely disappointed with the fall off of this specific store, which is crazy bc the menu has grown and sounds great. Too bad I won’t be coming back.

I always order via the drive-through window. The sandwiches aren't made as quickly as they were when JJ arrived but the timing is still great when compared to fast-food restaurants, where the timing is always random. I have a staple sandwich and have deviated in years.

HORRIBLE customer service when store in the wrong. NEVER ordering from this location again. VERY RUDE on the phone, interrupted me while I was explaining what was wrong. DO NOT RECOMMEND DELIVERY FROM HERE!!?
