The location could use a complete refresh. If you were to rate the food based on the look, you might pass it up. However, the food was solid. It wasn't anything special or great.

It’s kinda a normal Chinese restaurant. Small nothing crazy. But they have frequent returns and miss ups. And I’ve seen as a local the woman who handles those complaints argues the authenticity of complaints frequently? Which is wild considering they have so many. Hospitality doesn’t really come into play with Chinese restaurants but they are (lowkey) especially bad at it. Food is on average 4/10 I’ve never had a recipe that followed standard Chinese restaurant quality? Can’t say why because they offer the same foods. Otherwise foods cooked and looks fine just consistently has its own taste.

Food was straight garbage. 68.00 dollars worth of old food that; just been reheated throughout the week. It's that's noticeable you are not getting quality fresh food. And this is the reason I only eat at Japanese restaurants. But my cousin from out of town was stuck on going here. ( Chinese Food )
I see why my spirit never lead me in there and this my city.
Throw the whole restaurants away. I wouldn't even give this to a stray animal or a homeless person. Smh

They are a family that switch up people i have been coming for the past 6 years and I know what face to look for if the food is going to be good any time the young folks are in there except nothing to be good but when the older ones come wit the young girl food going to be great just look at the faces before you order I have walk out multiple times because them young folks don't know anything

I have to edit my review because the owner wants to claim that they told me this before I ordered, but let’s get one thing straightened out. NO YALL DIDN'T!! . They didn’t make this clear a quick Google search will show you that they’re trying to scam you to make it some nasty cheap way…..

Misleading chow mein and disappointing service. I ordered chow mein after Googling it to see what to expect—thin noodles with veggies. But at this place, they serve it differently: plain, unseasoned chicken with vegetables and chips instead of noodles. I’ve never seen chow mein served like this anywhere online, so it caught me off guard. They didn’t tell me about their special version beforehand, which was frustrating. When I asked for a refund, the owner seemed really bothered—snatching the food and speaking angrily in his native language. I know he was bothered by the situation, but all I wanted was a simple refund and to leave. I usually love this spot, but this experience was really disappointing. I wish I had a picture to show you, but I wasn’t thinking of that at the time. Trust me, you wouldn’t want to waste your money on something that looked so plain.

Made a large order last minute for a large party. Every one was satisfied! Food was fresh and the chicken wings were crisp!

I only received 3 extremely small wings - menu states 4. I returned to get my other wing, the cook looked at me and said I'm sure I put 4 in there, rolled his eyes at me and walked away. So embarrassed in front of all the other customers. I let him know I had better things to do with my life and the gas in my car than to lie about a wing!! Although he did give it to me, I will not be back.. The customer service, quality and taste of the food has truly diminished over time.

I ordered the Burbon chicken. The chicken was dry with multiple hard pieces. The chicken was overcooked. There should have been some sauce with it but there was not. The woman ar the register was not friendly and acted indifferent. This was my first and last visit to this establishment

Very stingy with the sauces, the chicken wings are little. Tried this location due to convenience will stick to Fu Shing. Overall taste is okay, nothing special.
