Over an hour wait for the wrong food. Waited 40 minutes to find out that something that was ordered wasn't available. Received the wrong portion size, charged for a larger portion than ordered. Miserable service, the entire staff seemed confused on how to run a restaurant. Won't be going back.

I enjoyed a wonderful lunch time meal with the Spicy Creamy Shrimp Tempura and Brussel sprouts. The shrimp were a good size, moist, and flavorful. The Brussel sprouts were crunchy because of the coating, but not really seasoned. Drizzling the seasoning sauce over the sprouts improved the overall taste. The service was fast and courteous. The atmosphere is urban casual.

This was my first time in Jinya and Tiffany blew me away! Her suggestions were great and her service A1!! Will be back just for her!
My friend and I visited this restaurant. Great atmosphere, the servers were friendly and helpful. I ordered the jinya bun and I enjoyed it even though I'm not a fan of pork. Also, I had the shrimp wonton ramen and something about the noodles didn't sit well with me.

I visted during lunch time around 1:30. It wasn't terribly busy but the service was slower than it should have been.There was no hostess initially to greet us. Once sat, we ordered drinks and food once the server came over. However ,we didn't receive our drinks until right before they brought out our food. Our waiter was nice but slow and unfortunately offended me greatly. The waiter asked me and only me what were my pronouns while at the table with a coworker. It was very embarrassing. As a woman with short hair , I'm unsure why that was even a question and why he only asked me at the table.
