I stopped in for lunch for a first time visit. Atmosphere was amazing, food was amazing as well as the service. My server Josephine was amazing and attentive as well. I will definitely visit again in the future.

We were greeted, seated and treated way beyond expectation. It was my wife’s birthday today and she was craving ramen for a late dinner and we showed up 20 mins before closing hoping to catch the kitchen open. We were seated and our server Stephanie was excellent in despite of our late arrival. Our food was amazing, and seeing my wife’s smiling wrapped up the day perfectly. No wonder why the ramen is all the rage.

Vic was very fast and helpful in food selection.

Haley was great. It was our first time here and she answered our questions and was very attentive.

This place has a really nice vibe and good drinks. Good food portion sizes. Pork pot stickers were good but the octopus meat in the takoyaki was tiny and tough. Don’t expect an authentic Japanese ramen experience here. The ramen broth had no depth and tasted like water. I don’t believe the broth here has marinated for 20 hours. I’m sorry this sounds so negative. I would come here for drinks.

Horrible Experience – Would Give Zero Stars if I Could I placed an order at JINYA at 6:42 PM after a 5-hour drive to pick up my mother, who had just been discharged from the hospital following a medical emergency. All I wanted was to get her something to eat. The order confirmation stated the food would be ready by 7:10 PM. I arrived at the restaurant at 7:24 PM, but the food wasn’t ready. I left and returned at 7:44 PM, only to be told they had 9 more tickets ahead of us and it would take at least another 30 minutes. I repeatedly asked to speak to the manager, but I was outright ignored. Instead, the host was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful, stating the manager was unavailable. Frustrated, I asked for my order to be canceled and refunded, but I was met with more hostility and excuses. At 8:02 PM, I was told the food was being expedited. By 8:15 PM, still no food. I asked for the manager again and was told she still wouldn’t come speak to me. The situation escalated as I continued to be ignored, and the staff showed zero accountability or customer care. A pregnant server (the only one who showed any kindness) finally tried to help, stating the manager would come out shortly. By 8:37 PM, after nearly two hours of waiting, I left without food, without a refund, and without ever speaking to the manager. No apology was offered at any point. This was hands-down the worst customer service experience I have ever endured. If you value your time, money, and dignity, avoid JINYA at all costs. Absolutely unacceptable.

Jahnniah was our waitress and did an exceptional job serving our family. Everything turned out so good! We highly recommend Jinya and will definitely come back.
