Every visit has had hiccups here for me.. i come back because the food is tasty, however after my experience yesterday i have given up on this place.I called in an order for pickup, I waited over 1 hour and a half to receive my food (was told 20 minutes). The hostess was kind, she noted how patient myself and others were but it was clear there was friction between FOH and the kitchen. 1 hour and 30 mins is ridiculous for 1 order of ramen and 2 sides of broccolini. She would regretfully say she could not give us time updates because the kitchen was not cooperating.While waiting, another customer had the time to come in, wait for and pick up their order go home, and come back irritated their order was missing items, understandably frustrated.Seeing this, I checked my order before leaving and noted that i was missing 1 of the broccolini side servings, i told the hostess she went to check but I did not want to wait any longer, i had family waiting for me this entire time in the car, told her not to worry about it.Got home... not only was the broccolini i noted missing, but the original servicing was NOT included in my ramen order, the noodles were not substituted like I requested. (this is all extra $)I called in because, was told a manager would call me back last night... should have known i was not going to get a call back.I never write reviews and do no want to write bad ones but the service truly is not worth the $ nor the time. SO unfortunate but waste of time.

Will sit you elbow to elbow with other people; Enabling you to hear their convos and vice versa. Would not let my child (13) order from a kids menu.Had a reservation and still ended up waiting 10 minutes for our tableServers mistaking appetizers for takeout

It was my first time here and overall service and ambience was amazing! I would like to particularly shout out the bartender that was attending me, I believe her name was Keanna, she was very polite and attentive with what I was ordering. I love trying restaurants specialty drinks and she took her time to try to understand what I like and gave me the best recommendations on drinks, she made them 10 out 10! Will definitely come back with friends!

Emina was a great waitress! She made sure we enjoyed our food, our order was correct and that our 3 year okd got the ice cream rhat came with her food. We love the atmosphere of Jinya and have always had great friendly service when we have come at both locations in Charlotte. Highly recommend! Hands down AMAZING ramen!Kid-friendliness: They are great with kids! Our kids love getting stickers. Staff is always kind to the kids.
