Third time here, always on Sundays to catch the full slate of NFL games. The vibe here is good and the service I've experienced has always been excellent. That being said, the food is a bit of a let down. The wings and burgers are generally pretty good but everything else is well below average and not worth your time.

The food was good. My server was good. But after listening to the afternoon manager Saturday talk to a few customers, I actually had to leave. I have never heard anyone, let alone a manager in a customer service industry talk to customers so condescendingly and rude for absolutely no reason other than please change the channel ever. I can’t believe this person is a manager in a restaurant.

I am writing to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience we had at Jocks & Jills. Our group of 35 was in town for a soccer tournament, and from the moment I called to make the reservation, your team was incredibly accommodating.
Upon our arrival, we were pleased to find our tables ready for us in the private room. Teddy, in particular, was exceptional at handling such a large group. He efficiently managed everyone's orders, and the food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious.
Our entire group was very impressed with the service and the meal. We will certainly be dining at Jocks & Jills again on our next visit. Please keep up the great work!
