We have driven by Joe Mama’s for years and always said we wanted to try it but just never got around to it … until tonight. We ordered Joe Mama’s for delivery (through DoorDash) tonight and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and delicious. This pizza was perfectly balanced and not salty. The calzone was amazing. The garlic knots … THE GARLIC KNOTS!!! So good!! Also, their ranch is perfection.

A Hidden Gem for NY-Style Pizza in Charlotte! 🍕

I ordered the cheese pizza slices and garlic knots, and WOW—this is the closest I’ve had to authentic New York pizza since moving to Charlotte! The pizza is a perfect 10/10—thin, cheesy, and flavorful just like back home. The garlic knots were amazing too, topped with real garlic pieces and fresh parsley. Absolutely delicious.

The atmosphere is cozy and homey, and the owners are super friendly. It was clean inside, and I love that they offer Pepsi products. You can dine in or take out, which is super convenient.

I’ll definitely be coming back. If you're craving real NY-style pizza in Charlotte, Joe Momma’s Pizza and Grill is the spot!

I am a big fan of Joe Mommas! They have delicious pizza and sandwiches! These people are hard workers, always nice and polite to me and others. They are open everyday except Sunday. Everyone can agree that their food is so delicious and fresh!

This place was phenomenal. Me and my family came in on our trip to the area. We were a little bit taken aback when we saw the prices of everything but when they brought it out to us we saw that the proportions were huge. The food was absolutely fantastic and the staff are so kind and helpful to their customers.

Great philly cheese steak in Charlotte. Mom and pop place in a very very run down center in a poor part of town. Dollar star is neighbor and lots of shady folks scooting around the center. Plenty of free parking. Decent prices. I will go back when in area.
