Joe Momma's Pizza & Grill

This place has been here for a long time. So I decided to try it, it must be good. I ordered joe mama sloppy joe and chili cheese fries. My co-worker ordered the Philly and wings. The joe had raw onions and slaw. The chili cheese fries had the same meat on it as the joe. It was flavor less. Did not enjoy it what so ever. I didn't eat all of it. My co-works food was the same. No flavor on his Philly cheese steak. The wings were a decent size but not worth the $10. The decor is older and the tables were older as well. Will not be coming back here again.

Order pepperoni pizza, it was good, got a chef salad with thousand Island dressing. Put the dressing on the salad, and it was rancid... Ruined the salad. I guess my fault for not checking it first, had the throw salad away, moral of this check dressing before using because they don't before serving it. This was a doordash, guess that's why!!

Two stars is given only because I tried this pizza through my coworker and I liked it. Long story short.. I decided to order it for dinner.. called with questions and in hopes to order but the man was coaching a female worker to hang up the phone on me. This is the second time I've experienced nasty customer service; their customer service sucks!

Great service, my boyfriend n his family n I went to Carowinds. His family is rather large, so there was in total 11 of us, n the waitress was amazing. Very accommodating n food was delicious

Dietary restrictions: My boyfriends family either added or taken toppings off, everyone was so specific, n the dietary issues were met.

Kid-friendliness: We were lucky we were the only ppl eating in, plenty ppl came in to pick up food, cus the kids were getting out their seats n walking around n I had only met my bf family briefly, the kids kept coming over to me n ask me questions n wanted to play. It was loud as if there were other ppl dining in. Parents yelling at the kids, the kids not listening etc

I live less than five minutes from this place. I have worked in pizza restaurants for years and I can tell when someone has taken an old cheese pizza and added toppings for resale. This was a very bad first time experience. The menu stated the pizza came with pepperoni and I added mushrooms only to get just mushrooms. When I called for clarity I was told I read it wrong, I definitely did not. The option for mushrooms was under "Additional toppings". So I warm up my pizza because it was barely even warm and the cheese and mushrooms fall completely off of the crust. I can go on, but I've said enough. They are known for their cheese steaks. Maybe I should have ordered that. I can tell the owner wasn't there because I didn't see any pride in the product.
