Fried chicken was bland and dry, needed salt and seasoning. Not sure what part of the chicken we were actually served. Beans were good and fried plantain was good. "Salad" was lettuce, a slice of tomato and a small slice of avocado. Not really worth what they were charging.

A coworker was getting lunch from here and I asked him to bring me something back.. wow! I got the tilapia with rice and beans and am blown away by the flavor and food quality! I will definitely be back!

The food was excellent, my family loved it, everything in its flavor point. The boy who served us was very attentive and friendly, as was the man who brought us the food. It is a small but very cozy place.

Very bad service in the takeaway, I used to go every week to bring food from here but the bags they put the food in are useless, the soup came out from underneath, I fell on it and burned myself and with everything and that's what I call to the premises and they do not give a solution to anything, bad service, I would not recommend them ever again.

Juanita’s is good First of all this spot is easy to miss, but it’s right off of Brookshire and so worth it. You walk in and they’ve got this cute little dessert bar to the left and maybe five tables spread out and a cute little bar with a cute little bartender behind it. I got the stewed chicken which was so delicious and filling. It came with rice and refried beans a salad and plantains. I don’t know what magic he put in the beans but like I use it as like a sauce over the rice and dipped it in the chicken and I’m telling you, I have not had a lunch like this for $11 ever before in my life. I was in and out within 45 minutes, which is enough time to grab lunch and head back to the office. And the empanadas! Got three of them and regret nothing. It’s great to still have places like this with delicious, quick, and healthy meals available.

I was so excited to find this place. Being from SoFl I love island good and this place hit the spot. The stewed chicken and the steak and onions was amazing. Hope to be back before we leave. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!
