The food is very good, but they give very little rice, that's the only thing they need to fix.
Absolutely loved the food here! This is what authentic Dominican food taste like. Taste like I made it at home. I ordered takeout and had the Vistec ensebollado with white rice and beans and man was that good! Ohn the empanadas, delicious!

Please call ahead before visiting, as many items were unavailable during my visit, no oxtail, no chicharrón, no goat. The portions for the available dishes, which were mainly chicken and steak, were quite small.
It's unfortunate that Charlotte doesn't have good authentic Dominican restaurant options. 🫠

Ok, let me say that I’m Dominican raised by an award winning mother when it comes to food, that being said, this place has everything, very calm atmosphere, no pretentious, the food is simply on point.

Fried chicken was bland and dry, needed salt and seasoning. Not sure what part of the chicken we were actually served. Beans were good and fried plantain was good. "Salad" was lettuce, a slice of tomato and a small slice of avocado. Not really worth what they were charging.

Look no further! THE MOST AUTHENTIC Dominican food in Charlotte. We dined in for the first time today and the service was EXCEPTIONAL. We felt right at home, it’s wonderful to be surrounded by your people and to be treated with such nice customer service. 10 starts ⭐️
