Picked up my favorite Asian salad today. I tried a new soup that I fell in love with instantly. I think it is called pepper soup or something with tomatoes! Lol ? Delicious!!! The service is ALWAYS excellent here. The staff never pretends like they don't see you. They are always very friendly. I come often and never been disappointed!!

I've been coming here since they opened in 2007 (Rivergate location) Regularly. Today I went in and they no longer have anything from the grill or fryer. No burgers and no fries (regular and sweet potatoe). I asked if this was permanent and they said yes. Now, instead of someone bringing your food to the table everything is packaged to go. HUGE WASTE FOOTPRINT. Over the years I had gotten to know the lady who brought my food. Annette always had a smile and was very helpful. It is now a cold, no personality place. I highly doubt it is supply chain or staffing problems. This was done for the almighty buck and to me, it shows. I won't be back.

I tried to eat here today. Stood at the first register and no one came to help me. Moved over to the second register….literally 4 feet away from 2 members of the staff. They didn’t stop the task they were working on. Thought to myself, maybe if I grab some chips, that’ll signal that I want to order. Still no movement to help, even from another lady dressed in black that kept coming up front to do tasks. I was about to say something when the girl close to me took off her gloves and walked towards the first register and helped a couple who had arrived after me. When they were done, she started helping someone behind them. There’s still a young man 4 feet away from me that never moved to assist or even acknowledge me. I spoke up and asked if there was a reason she skipped over me. She motioned to the counter in front of her. I said I only moved over to be sure you saw me because I wasn’t being helped. At this point, she rolled her eyes at me. That was enough. Not one single word was spoken to me. It’s a shame because this used to be a great place. It’s one thing when an understaffed team is trying to help everyone. It’s another thing when you have a customer literally under your nose and you refuse to assist her. All that needed to be said was “I’m so sorry. I didn’t realize you were waiting” or something to that effect. I left and spent my hard earned money elsewhere and I encourage the same from others.

My mother and I eat there a couple times a month. Annette usually waits on us She is so personable and my mom really enjoys her conversation. We have seen her there for the past few years.. Everyone is always so nice
Dietary restrictions: They've started serving a really good gluten free bread and they are always willing to accommodate if we need something a little different.
Mission burrito used to be so good with pulled beef and a cilantro sauce.
They’ve changed it to chopped squares of chewy fatty meat and watery excuse for sauce. Sad.
