Just Salad

They took away edits on the salad ingredients. All I needed to take away the cheese, but if you build your own for the exact same salad without cheese it's $5 more now. Also, the salad is always ready at least 15 minutes after the time.Update: It does not let you modify on the crispy chicken poblano salad on the webinar or app.

Just Salad…is anything BUT “just” salads! This place is awesome! They have salads, bowls, wraps, avocado toast, soups, smoothies, and more! If you’re looking for a healthier meal in Charlotte, North Carolina, this is the place you should head to. They don’t sacrifice flavor for their healthier food - it tastes great, and you can feel good about eating it!We got two different custom bowls, one with chicken tikka and another with their lightly-fried honey chicken, and both were excellent. You get a preset number of toppings by default, and if you want to add more it’ll start to cost extra, so be sure not to go too crazy or you could end up with a $25 bowl. They also do a combination option, so you could get a small salad/bowl with a soup, or smoothie, or anything in between.I love that they sell a reusable bowl for $1 - this is actually a great deal if you plan to come here more than once! For $1 you get their reusable bowl, and every time you bring it to them you get one free topping in addition to what comes with your bowl, and considering some toppings are close to (or even more than) $1, this is immediately worth it the second you come back another time! Definitely try that deal out!Even if you don’t, this place is worth your time. We really enjoyed it, prices were reasonable, it was super clean and service was great, and it was the best salad/bowl place we’ve been to so far. In an era where there are so many salad places popping up, Just Salad is one of the best. We will definitely come again when we’re back in Charlotte!

tasty salads but today order crispy chicken poblano with warn rice but rice was raw??

Really love the low carb wraps and the warm bowls…and the salads. It seems like a family run place and they really care about the place. The ingredients, especially the chicken is out of this works.

Dietary restrictions: Vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options. Also low cal and low carb friendly.

The food was just ok. The price is way too high. I do better going to Harris Teeter's Salad Bar and getting a salad with all the toppings I want without the additional charge.

Both dishes were pretty bland and flavorless. The Buffalo chicken wrap didn’t taste like Buffalo at all. This place made me sad

First time at Just Salad and was extremely disappointed . I walk in with only 2-3 other people and thought perfect! Never mind to perfect. The man stood there with no greeting. Another 15 minutes later and a no sorry for the wait , be right there, nothing! Was debating on leaving until another girl came out who was a sweetheart. She went in order from guest who had to reexplain on the pick ups they are waiting for, instead of her coworker who knew just telling her! He made these people reexplain instead of just filling her in himself so she can start on the customers who have been ignored like dust!! A $20 salad later and I wish I just saved my money :( it might have been worth it if people were acknowledged and had fast service due to no one being in there besides for pick up orders. Shout out to the young lady but the other two men not so much. Will def not be coming back . Customer service is important!

I decided to pay this place a visit this after a colleague had recommended it and had a really great experience with the young lady assisting me with my decision on what to order. She was very pleasant and genuinely helpful. My dismay came when it was time to pay. First I was asked to set 1, 2, 3, or 4 which was either a automatic gratuity or a surcharge.. noone explained... so I decided I would pay with cash to avoid the charge. I was then told I couldn't pay with a $50.00 bill and that they only accept $20.00 bills and lower if I was paying with cash. I pushed back asking why this wasn't posted somewhere? And I wouldn't have ordered $27.00 worth of salad knowing it was a condition of ordering. A gentleman claiming to be the manager came up and said I'll do it this time. ( as if he was doing me a favor).. but after this visit, it's unlikely I'll ever go back. The Salads were not that special either. I've had better at Chick-fil-A at a much lower price point!Mr Ewing.

The food is great, but they have GOT to work on their ordering process. Every time I come I say this will be the last time — I always order online and arrive at my scheduled pickup time and yet it’s still 15-20 minutes until my order is ready, consistently. There are always tons of staff and hardly any line and I never understand why it takes so long to get my order.

This review is not about the food, the food is tasty on the two occasions I’ve had it. This is about costumer service and why it’s important to be kind to the people who patron you, rather than ignoring them. The art of costumer service is lost. They honestly did not care that I stood there waiting. I wanted to purchase a small bowl of soup with my pickup order and had a decent experience with them before. They all looked me dead in my face and continued to have conversations amongst themselves without so much of a “can I help you?” I politely said excuse me several times and not one of them stopped their personal conversation to see if I needed anything. I don’t eat at places that don’t show their costumers kindness, I also own a small business and I know how far a kind act can move or disrupt a business. Encourage your employees to be kind to the guest, not all of us or impatient or rude we just want to nourish our bodies so we can also move on in our day.

Overall the ingredients are fresh the combinations on their menu all look great. This was my first visit and unfortunately although i asked for medium dressing, they loaded it up and it was inedible. I will give them another chance but do the dressing on the side.

Great, super fresh, and unique handmade salads. Great combos or make your own. If you are a specialty salad lover, this place is not to be missed. You'd pay twice as much for one of these salads at a fancy restaurant. Not to be missed.

I visited for the first time on 01-25-22. Was running errands in South Park before going to the gym. Realized I hadn't eaten dinner; it was getting late and I didn't want to eat anything unhealthy so late.I took the pictures in my car knowing I'd be stopping at the gym before going home. The salad was so good! I splurged a little on the rosemary bread & I'm so glad. I didn't do a meat, but I didn't need to. The salad was so filling. My favorite ingredient was probably the sweet potatoes. I need to visit again soon.

Salads are good quality (a bit expensive) but I also like that their bowls are eco-friendly

Delicious healthy meals. Jam packed flavor. Orders are cancelled by store on Uber eats frequently though. I’ve tried 3 power bowls. The chicken goat cheese with sweet potato is elite, the teriyaki chicken bowl is excellent, but the fajita bowl is sadly lacking any flavor.
