Food just isn’t good. Mac and cheese was clearly frozen and microwaved and BBQ was dry and fries were undercooked. Potential here but needs some work. Very nice people working the truck

I had to run into hyatt gun shop in charlotte and these folks had a food truck parked outside. I got the quarter barbecue chicken plate with green beans and mac and cheese. Barbecue sauce was excellent.Sweet and spicy at the same time. Honestly don't think you'll be disappointed. The only thing I would recommend is that they serve some dinner rolls or corn bread instead of sliced white bread.

The food truck was at Toringdon way today 10/28/25 and the Mac n cheese was awful chunks of cheese not even warmed. The meat was barely seasoned. And the potato salad tasted old. I love supporting my ppl but the food was just not worth it. Sorry not sorry

We got to try their food truck at Brawleys last weekend. The brisket was super lean and delicious. The pulled pork was ok. I would have expected better as it’s the bbq staple here in NC. We tried the mac and cheese, baked beans, cole slaw and green beans for sides. All of them were great except the green beans could have had more flavor. We would for sure get this again, just we now know what to order and what to not.

My plate came with moldy bread. before I lost my appetite I was disappointed by the Mac & cheese and the pulled pork. it seemed everything lacked flavor and was dry.

I got the smoked wings and banana pudding. The wings were delicious and had a great smoked flavor. I finished all of them and immediately wanted more 🤣 The banana pudding had a good taste (nothing special), but was not fully set yet so I needed to refrigerate the pudding some more before enjoying. The couple that owns the food truck were very nice!

I ordered the brisket dinner with two sides from the food truck next to my hotel. Unfortunately, the brisket was dry and lacked flavor. The mac and cheese was also dry and seemed like it had been sitting for too long, while the green beans tasted like they were from a can—bland and processed. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless they make improvements to the quality.

food was utterly disgusting and i was so upset i paid over 20$ for a dinner plate that had the worlds worst mac n cheese bland green been and brisket that was so dry. Needs to try again

K&N came to my apartment complex. Ordered a brisket sandwich. Took it back to my unit and was pleasantly surprised at how they packed it. Beef,bun and sauce were separate. Assembled myself. Was excellent. Not all soggy because it was put together for my trip home. thanks hope you come back again

This was very good food however one small disappointment was portions on rice and beans was totally disappointing no food truck. I ever gone to has giving that small amount rice and beans. The green beans he told me was good they were tasteless no flavor at all. Banana pudding he needs take off of menu worst I’ve had since I moved to Charlottle for the price I wanted ask for my money back for it. However I would recommend rest of his food and his service. Was great and AND HELL YES I WILL GO BACK.No more banana pudding unless he fixes it not home made its can pudding nasty and very little or no actually banana couldn’t tell.
Amazing food. Brisket so tender and delicious, flounder a nice batter,smoked wings amazing. They said mix the homemade BBQ sauce and ranch together and it takes it to another level when you dip your wings in it. The sides are delicious, green beans, red beans and rice, mac and cheese. The to end it wish the amazing banana pudding and chocolate pie. I bought 6 bottles of the homemade BBQ Sauce and gave them out as gifts. My family loved it.

Pulled pork dinner with baked mac/cheese and potato salad. Absolutely amazing sides and bbq. Went back and bought 2 bottles of the sauce as soon as i had my first bite. Just be prepared to be sad whenever you get to your last bite and realize its all

I got my food from the food truck today and I'm sorry I hate giving bad reviews but this was the driest Brisket I have ever had in my life. My Mac & Cheese was cold and not even cheesy. I did like the sauce and my green beans were seasoned well. I'm going to assume other plates are better. I always give places at least a couple try's, Just incase. We shall see next time. I will update review if I change my mind.
