I travel to Charlotte a few times a year and stay in the downtown area. Every time I stop in to this little sushi takeout spot, I am always very happy with the quality of the sushi. I had the Tokyo roll and an order of steamed Shumai this time and both were excellent.

Not sure if they have changed management in the last couple of years, but this is not the same K.O. Sushi I would visit once a week. I only ever get the Hung Roll. Went today for the first time in over a year. I used to get chunks of salmon in my roll. Today, I only had pellets in each roll. There was more rice than filling. Completely disappointed.

I spent my last $10 here & they said it was never paid for even though I have receipts of payment. They are refused to give me my food or a refund. Iām so upset. Iāll never go there again.

This is a grab and go place, so thereās no ambiance, which is fine. The ppl are always friendly. Rolls are hit and miss. Ordered a roll with baked salmon in it and it was terrible. The salmon was old, not fresh and EXTREMELY dry. I ended up throwing the entire roll away. It was just terrible.
I've had almost everything on the menu, the sushi chef is very experienced and doesn't disappoint.

Me and my significant other have been regular customers of this establishment for a little over a year now. It is quite possibly my favorite place to get some good sushi and Asian cuisine in the entirety of Mecklenberg county. The people that work at and own the place are top notch and have some of the best customer service Iāve ever seen. If you want good food and know it was made by good people, eat here asap. I canāt recommend this place enough!
