Went to celebrate my sons birthday.. the chef was awesome the waiter was good till we got rushed. After the chef got done making our food and he left, the waiter came out with to go boxes. We just started eating. Right after she gave us our ticket, mind u I only took 3 bites of my food. It was only 5 of us and all us still had plate full of food. Waiter stopped refilling our drinks which left me no choice but to stop eating. Another waiter came out asking to get the tickets, which we was not ready to pay. I realized later why they was rushing us bc another party came in with like 30 ppl and they needed a table. I noticed they didn't rush no one else tho just us. I felt it was very rude when I was trying to celebrate my son birthday but got rushed out. The chef was awesome tho and food was good. When I gave my money to waiter to pay she never came back with my change. Another waiter came out and was like r u ready. I told her I was waiting on my change. I always leave tips and any other time I would left something. Last time I gave 20 tip but this time being rushed and couldn't even eat my food I did not leave anything. We came home and had to eat our food. Why did I pay for gratitude fee of 15% if I couldn't actually eat my food there? I could done take out and spent less

I had a 5:00 reservation to celebrate my promotion, and the service was awful. My party was running behind, but when I called, the guy host told me majority of the party needed to be present. We got there and they said the whole party needed to be present at 5:20. Once my whole party arrived at 5:30, we let them know and then the girl hostess was going back and forth with me saying they needed to clean the table for us and it would be 5-10 minutes. We weren’t seated until 6:01, and the stove still had leftover food on it. They didn’t come and take orders until 6:13. The cooks came out and pretty much rushed through service, and once the cook found out 2 of my party spoke Spanish, that’s all he spoke for the rest of the evening, pretty much disregarding the rest of us. The food was subpar and the service was awful. Would not recommend.

The food was great our server was on point. But our cook very bland compared to the others. He did 2 minimum tricks. He was not entertaining at all. But he did cook the food well

Ordered delivery today and was disappointed my scallops were dry due to over cooked and rice was crunchy due to under cooked. 😩 This is wayyyyy too much money for these shenanigans.

The hostess named Alex was the worst part of my dining experience. On Saturday December the 28th 2024 my nephew reserved a portion of the restaurant for his birthday party. From the first moment that we entered the restaurant I could tell by Alex's body language and posture that he wasn't the right person to have at the front of the restaurant. We reserved a room for a party of twenty people and as a group of polite people from another party started to trickle in the lobby became a little crowded. So we made a few phone calls to our expected guest to find out just how far away they were from arriving. So my nephews wife approached Alex and asked if we could be seated because she felt that we had reached a number of our expected guest list only to have Mr Alex say and I quote, Well you made reservations for twenty and now you're changing that number to 17 guests. Alex in the rudest way possible told Heidi that we needed to wait because the room was prepared for twenty and not the new number that she informed him about. Alex stated that no service would be rendered until the entire party arrived. It seems to me that Alex isn't a good listener and due to his over bearing sense of authority he continued to make the claim that we would have to wait. My nephew was outraged and ready to call the whole event off because of Alex's obnoxious behavior. So my sister approached the manager and explained to him that everyone that would be in attendance was already there. And just like clockwork we were allowed to take a seat. The cook was awesome and the waitresses were amazing. I had the hibachi shrimp and steak and it was delicious. The soup was hot and the salad was chilled and very fresh. The waitress kept our glasses full and our tables clear of unused dishes. The restaurant was super clean and the atmosphere was perfect. I tipped the cook and the waitress and on my way out I tipped the young lady that was working with Alex. I wanted to tip Alex but I decided not to. I think that Alex needs to be a dishwasher for just a little bit longer. His lack of being personable along with his inability to listen demands that he should work in a different area of this very fine establishment.

Ecerything is garbage about this place if you have experienced Kabutos before. The food is nasty. They give you a lot of rice and RAMEN noodles and give little thin pieces of meat. They grills are dirty and nasty!!! Left over food still on the grill and on the table!!!! Oh let’s not forget the little thick ass chunks of chicken at the bottom of the clear soup!!! Disgusting!!! Then they add gratitude to a party of 4 or more and if you are paying seperate they add it to both tickets!!!!! ITS BULLSHIT!!!! They are getting over on People and this place needs to be shut down immediately !!!! The drive to Kabutos in Greensboro would have been worth it and WAY BETTER!!! They add gratitude to a party of 6 or more. Food is WAAAYYY BETTER, and tables and grills are clean!!!! I will never return to this place EVER!! I feel they are taking advantage of the black people that dont know any better amd its sickening!!!! You can get way better service for the same price!!!quit supporting this place!!
