Our hibachi chef made the best vegetables! I normally pick out the zucchini to avoid them, but I finished everything on my plate including the zucchini which wasn't overcooked.

We ordered the 16 piece sashimi and my wife and I both put two different kinds of fish in our mouth and simultaneously spit it out into a napkin and sent it back as an edible and foul. We all got hibachi, The steak was cooked right but had a poor low quality flavor. The noodles were hard and Obviously cooked way earlier in the day and had dried out and then prepared a second time. My sons food was brought out incorrectly three times and the third time before getting up to leave it made him cry because he was afraid he wasn’t gonna get food, and didn’t get to have food bc it was wrong again. From the front door to the table and bathroom and anywhere else you look you’ll find nothing but disgusting dirt grime and grit. Extremely low quality food even worse quality service. Ended up paying $100 for food. None of us ate And a sad child for her birthday dinner and another sad child who didn’t even get dinner. We drove to Chick-fil-A across the street. I don’t know who’s rating this place positively I would imagine it’s a paid shill or employees. Also did not appreciate the derogatory racist sign beside the front door towards Black people even though I am white, I was offended by the rude racist sign. There’s basically a sign that says if you’re black don’t come in.Kid-friendliness: Daughter left crying on her bday, son cried bc his food was delivered 3 times wrong, after the table had already gotten up and left.

Walked in and was seated right away. But when asked if the soup was vegetable broth the waiter profusely stated “onion” soup. As I ate it down, I noticed shredded chicken at the bottom. Asked for a manager and he nonchalantly responded “what do you want me to do, i don’t know why he tell you onion.” Like sir, I haven’t eaten meat in 9yrs… how about holding your staff accountable!First and last time!!!

Beware that if you order take out you have to ask for the soup and they charge extra for every shrimp sauce and ginger sauce. This is all free if you dine in

I was shocked to see shellfish so close to chicken and put on the grill at the same time as the steak and chicken. Not one cook was Japanese. While anyone can cook, I find it insulting to Japanese cuisine. That's why you could see all the short cuts being taken.

We used to come here for every celebration but we had not been back in over 10 years. It’s still the best steakhouse anywhere.I just wish we lived closer. But it won’t be 10 more years until we come again.

Sat at the bar to not only be acknowledged but once we got the bartender attention, he was rude as if he was upset we ask if he was making drinks. Furthermore, I’m assuming his buddy walked in which he greeted at the door and took care of his whole family. Once we saw this, instead of being rude, we found out he was the owner! We politely explained the treatment we received to him and in the middle of explaining how we weren’t even acknowledged and the moment we tried to order a drink he was throwing an attitude, he said thank you for your feedback and walked off! This is someone that does not care about their customers or experience! I highly recommend to not support this business as he feels he is above customer service. Red Ginger and other restaurants are far more nicer and more professional.The owner honestly needs to be reminded that customers pays his bill. None of this was necessary. He could have simply apologized for ignoring 2 black guys sitting at his bar and asked us nicely what we wanted. Instead, he decided to show us his azz to kiss. Keep this in mind when you are supporting this place!
