Drove 30 minutes to eat at a Japanese restaurant during lunch that was referred to by a coworker. My husband and I was hosted by the hostess who directed us to a table and that was the last worker customer interaction that happened. I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. Had to go to another hibachi restaurant for lunch. In which it took less than 5 minutes to get serviced.

Poor service, the woman that took or order attitude was DISGUSTING she made the start of our outing bad. I informed her I'm ALLERGIC to zucchini she did not inform the cook for our hibachi and my order along with others where prepared on the hibachi with zucchini when normally mine would be prepared in the kitchen. I then asked her for a salad that was not drenched in ranch she snatched my bowl and returned with another salad that had water in the bottom of the bowl as if the previous lettuce was washed off. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT ON TYVOLA RD IM CHARLOTTE TO MY WORSE ENEMY

My first DoorDash pickup. My first time patronizing this establishment. I am really impressed with the amount of space. The bar is also large. Great place for large groups and couples-/few booths available.

Too much banging and rowdy up of children by the chefs. I know it's an experience, but the noise level was unruly. Why let people bang on tables....why is the chef throwing food at people to catch in their mouths.....it was a circus. I had a migrane before our dinner was served. I won't return. Too rowdy and way too loud!

Stopped here for dinner. Right off of Hwy 77. (Near Costco) Friendly staff. Clean with Japenese wall hangings and decor. There's also a Koi pond outside. There is outside seating. There is hibachi seating and, table and chair seating. The food was ok. Large portions. A little pricey. I had Hibachi Pineapple and Chicken, and my husband had Hibachi Scallops. Dinner came with soup and a small salad. There were two dressings, Ginger and Ranch. My husband and I had the latter. I found the dressing to be a little watery. All in all, it was very nice.

This Kabuto restaurant is so good. Not sure how the restaurant connection is with Pineville location but this location is really really good We used Doordash and it was packed really well. Food was hot and just delicious. Definitely a treat!!! Two thumbs way up! The rolls were delicious, the steak was cooked just right and the veggies and rice were so good! If only the Pineville location could get it together... but Tyvola Road Kabuto is really great !!!

First time going to this location and won’t return. Ordered take out and customer service was great. The clear soup was delicious. The salad and ginger dressing were really good too. But the chicken hibachi didn’t smell or taste good. They forgot my shrimp and served with spaghetti noodles. I wouldn’t recommend.

I called booked reservations, the hostess was very rude and nasty. The manager rude, waitress rude and impatient with the table guest. There excuse for the late seating was they were short handed. That would not be my fault. The waitress we had was rushing everyone to place there order NO PATIENCE AT ALL!Was referred there, will never return! And that 18% Gradutity was definitely not worth it.
