The customer service was great but I didn’t enjoy the open face Ruben at all! I was excited to try the famous Katz deli and was utterly disappointed! The open face Ruben ended up just being a soggy mess that I couldn’t enjoy. I love a good Ruben but was extremely disappointed! I ended up with a bunch of soggy bread and sauerkraut! The people were nice but I paid $11 for a mess

This Jewish deli is a let down. Their corned beef. Btw, was delicious, though. But, that's the only good thing about this horrible looking joint. Located in the worst shopping center I've ever seen and the premises are so awful, I doubt if they ever spent $.10 on it ever. It gets an "F" for failure. Close it down, engage a professional restaurant consultant and create some real atmosphere and a quality menu.

I love Katz deli. It’s my favorite place to grab breakfast or lunch on the weekend. Me being originally from NY, it’s a rare treat to find a deli like this. Smiling faces, great food, and good service. Everything made fresh. It reminds me of my college town deli in Binghamton NY. My favorite dish is the Jim’s Way omelet that they modify to “Cory’s Way” with sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. Add a little red hot on top and it’s pretty much my idea of a perfect omelet. Potato pancakes are delicious. Everything they make is top notch. Their reuben open face sandwich is fantastic also. Just a great place if you like deli style dining (and have a moderate addiction to sauerkraut and corned beef ?)
