Like another reviewer, I arrived at lunch time to find no employee working. It was 11:45 and the clock on the counter said they would return at 11:55. I was on my lunch break so I decided to just get something from the hot bar, even though that's not what I was wanting. By the time I got my food and checked out it was 12:00 and there was still no employee working. Very odd to have a lone employee be on break at lunch time. I still want to try them but I can't wait around for over 15 minutes just to place the order, on top of the actual food prep time.

My wife and I stumbled upon this place, and we could not have been happier. The food was delicious, the ambiance, and service were also an A+. We can’t wait to go back. Definitely check this place out, you will not be disappointed.

So glad we decided to take a break and grab a bite! Warmed my belly and my soul. We'll definitely be back when we're in town again ?

Back in the saddle again! Give it a chance if you’re in the area!

The young lady (MORGAN) that answered the phone AND made sure I got the right shoes is the ULTIMATE pro.... She knows her stuff !!! Complete pleasure and I will be back !!! GREAT job Fleet Feet Charlotte

The store looks clean and social distancing and sanitizing procedures were followed during my visit. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and I really appreciated Fleet Feet’s fitting process. I’m excited about my new New Balance 880s and my insoles. They sell Lululemon and Vuori clothes also.

Wish I could have tried the food to determine an appropriate star rating but I cannot find the phone number to call and place an order - anywhere.

The food seemed good, but both employees were in a break at same time, so the restaurant would be closed until 3:30. It was weird to be closed during lunch time

I swear this place used to be good. Now it's very hit or miss depending on who's prepping your food. As others have said here the service sucks. The one dude here either hates me or his job bc every time I come and he's working he looks sooooo annoyed to take my order and like stares at me and other people awkwardly. Tbh the entire atmosphere screams "don't order here" - partially fostered by their worker who very clearly doesn't want to be there. I've ordered the exact same thing every time I've come here and yet somehow it's spicy one time and then savory the next. I think I give up.

The staff are awesome. Knowledgeable in their ramen. We usually get the spicy miso and potstickers. Flavors and portions are always consistent. Great location inside the Whole Foods. They have mentioned having a sister restaurant off of Central Ave..... where is this ramen joint you speak of ?!??!?!??? Don't be intimidated by the price. You get what you pay for and its quality and good conversation.

For a quick snack, the VEG GYOZA was expertly prepared and flavored. The gyoza had a pan fried crunch on either side, the filling was good but the toppings were what set it over the top for me. Fried garlic, green onion and a sweetish sauce drizzled = excellent depth of flavor. The guy working was nice and efficient. Less than 5 min to prepare. Excellent stop while my kid played with the blocks.

Good ramen, the truffle butter is tasty

I'm not sure if something has changed since the last reviews were written, but I went here for the first time today (its in Whole Foods, Waverly location). I had the chicken ramen. It was superb. Excellent broth, very flavorful, and the noodles were done just right. It's the best ramen I've had in Charlotte, and I've tried Co around the corner (awful) and Fahrenheit uptown (which was good but much further away, more expensive and longer waits when all you want is a good bowl of ramen). Highly recommended!

A little food stand in the Whole Foods. We ordered two bowls of ramen which were both fine, but nothing special. It felt like microwaved noodles served in warm broth. For a quick bite I felt it was too expensive. You could get an authentic, real ramen for the same price elsewhere.

Got the veggie bowl expecting a weak broth. It was quick, fresh and had a great, rich flavor. We went to CO across the street and the ramen cost almost twice as much, and was lukewarm and fishy. *gross*. Get a better bowl at Kei Jei!
