Ordered a 12 piece tender meal for $42, received 10 burnt, dry, stale tenders and over half of them were barely an inch long. Biscuits that looked like they were stomped on, and corn that’s been sitting in the steam well for a few days and was never switched out. Not sure how they got a 96 sanitation score when they are not rotating food properly.

I ordered a 2 breast and wing combo and received 1 wing and 1 breast. There is one small scoop of mashed potatoes and gravy not the proper size scoop. Half a scoop was in there and the Cole slaw was the large but only a scoop in it as well. This is the second time food has been missing from an online order with this store.
Mac n cheese not the best. I thought it would be baked like with a little crust.

I came here last night and spend 20.11 on shit I been calling all today since they opened I asked for two spicy chicken sandwiches with fries I get to the window. I hear them in the back saying they’re already cleaning up. They’re not dropping no more fries so they gave me macaroni. My chicken was burnt. It felt like and looked like and tasted like it was sitting there for hours very dry very burnt very hard. Been calling since they open today. No one seems to wanna answer. They didn’t give me a receipt And honestly, I want my money back or I want my food remade. overall, the whole experience last night at KFC was a zero out of 10.
Everything I asked for I was told they don't have anymore, fries, lemonade, i tell the guy it's 8pm make more fries, I'll wait, only to be told no🤔& then the sweet tea was straight sugar in my cup, I literally spent money and had to throw the food away💯KFC gotta do better!!!!!
