I picked my food up and I was pleasantly surprised by the mashed potatoes and slaw. The potatoes were HOT and the slaw didn’t have too much onion.BUT, what has happened to the 11 herbs and spices? I tasted about. 4. Those spices are what your best selling point is. I hope you go back to the old recipe.

I ordered a big box meal with the tenders & wedges an my wedges was cold an old i was so disappointed but the young lady Jazmine that waited on me was so sweet & pleasant I didn't even want to make a big deal about it

I waited at the menu board for 10 minutes. Once they took my order the same cars that I saw when I arrived was still waiting. That was an additional ten to twelve minutes and then the food was not fresh and it was cold

I got a 3 piece big box two thighs and one leg .... I only 1 thigh and 1 leg after driving 15 min. Home then 15min. Back to the store so 30min. Trip for food I didn't get 😕 🙃... all there soda machines was out only can get tea. They asked me not to take a refund for a half complete order I would not recommend going here cause it wasn't even busy lol 😆 😂 they suck I got money back but they kept the cold chicken and probably sold it to someone else lol 😂 worst experience in a min. At fast food I got a video too if yall let me upload it of me returning the food.

I ordered some apple pie poppers and I ordered a 10 for 549 and they gave me three biscuits and one roll in a box that’s incorrect and I ordered some chicken liver combo that came correct but the other part didn’t what’s going on

Came and ordered a 3 piece wing combo extra crispy and sat and waited a hour!!!! Now I don’t know if they had to go catch the chicken and pluck it clean it cut it up and then cook it but that is unacceptable then they tried to get me to take the regular chicken. I’f I paid for extra crispy that’s what I want!!! Then one of the workers took food to his people for free after the people that paid had to wait 40 minutes to a hour and 20 minutes, hope he didn’t give her the wings I was waiting on!! Definitely would not be returning

If I could give it a zero I would. Service during the week used to be warm and inviting. Now the service is horrible all the time. I ordered Honey BBQ wings and at first the girl said we don't sell those we only sell whole pieces of chicken. Even after pointing it out to her on their wall menu she denied that they sell them and told the drive-thru person that I was getting on her nerves. Another person came over to help but they couldn't find the button on the register so they wouldn't take my order. They literally could not find the button corresponding to the item on the cash register. Finally someone picked an arbitrary dollar amount to charge me. I was very very specific that I didn't want anything spicy. What did I get? Spicy hot barbecue wings with a lot of attitude negative comments and eye rolling. They need to bring back the staff that was warm and inviting.
Be aware when ordering from this store when using Uber eats because they would get your order wrong each and every single time and it's ridiculous. I've ordered from this store multiple times and multiple times I've had to call Uber eat support because they won't get the order right. They don't look at the notes and give you whatever they want to put in the bag which is not fair because you have to go through so much to get your refund back from them. I suggest going in person do not order on Uber eats. Your order will be wrong.

I visited for the first time on 10/19/25 we waited in drove thru for 5 mins to dead silence so we said hello the voice on the other end said are you on the phone we said no she said then who are you Talking to! You don’t talk to me like that! Very unprofessional We get to the window and ask for a supervisor she proceeds to say it wasn’t me and that she took over after she said what she said, we asked for corporate phone number no one knew it! We asked for the lady name who was rude the lady came up with hands in the air and was being blocked by staff yelling it was me my name is neicy yes I said it!!! The entire time the supervisor has smile on her face so I’m guessing this is usual acceptable behavior! They told me the corporate number is on receipt lies I called this morning and it’s to the same rude store! And I was told the supervisor was busy cooking because someone called in From this I see customer service is not a priority I will continue and write a letter to corporate and pursue this until this matter has been Addressed properly and not swept under the rug! We will never visit this location again and if this is a franchise sorry to say but very poor customer service! You will not last with this behavior!
