SLOWEST KFC IN CHARLOTTE!!!! Go to a farm and get yourself a chicken. Pluck, clean, chop up and cook it!! By the time you do all of this, your a$$ will still be waiting on your order, at this location! SMDH!! AFTER ALL OF THE WAITING, THE FOOD IS HORRIBLE! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!! My food was lightly warm because they made it ahead of my other order due to I had to I had to wait to cook more nuggets or tenders. I waited a total of 19 minutes to get my food.

I ordered a white dinner, I got a dark dinner. The chicken had blood coming out the thigh .I tried calling on the phone, no answer. Wow I was not even given a receipt.

Chicken sandwich tasted like it was made 2 days before I bought my food and they just microwaved it. Also the black ladies who were at the window had terrible customer service. I guess im going back to poppeys

Kentucky fried Chicken on freedom drive was very good I didn't know Kentucky fried Chicken cooked those fries that good I got to make that one of my regular spots go to thank you I was very satisfied with thatVegetarian options: My stay here at Mercy has been very good the food is good and I get a chance to pick the food that I want to eat so far everything has been all right and I appreciate that & the nurses are nice & very good
Update: Took 57 min today for them to “lose” my order. I then had to prove to them I had in fact ordered it. They then proceeded to give me about half of what I ordered and of that half, most of it was wrong. About one of the worst fast food experiences of my life. At this point I just gave up.Original review: Same bad quality, different day. No matter if i order on the app, hit the drive thru, walk in and order, it’s always such a struggle to get food here. 30+ min waits on the regular, homeless people inside asking me for money, nobody has any idea what’s going on.
