horrible service....back 2 back screw ups, smdh....
Ownership and Yum brands should be embarrassed at the total lack of customer service. Will not come hear again or recommend to my hotel guests.
This restaurant has really went down since opening, the food took over 20 minutes, the tea was out the coke and the Mt Dew Mix was out of syrup. There honestly was not a clean table in the house. We had to clean a place to sit. The drink station made you not want to touch anything. The window we sit near had where someone had carved symbols with a knife it I guess.
