Food was good, but I wish it was hot. It was my 1st pickup order here, and though the order was correct, by the time we started eating, I realized the food was warm and quickly turned cold. I only live less than 10 mins away and I was there when it was marked as ready for pickup, so I'm not sure why the food wasn't hot already!!

Food was hot. Waited on my order 45 minutes, was asked by another associate what I was waiting, I told her chicken sandwich combo that was a other 20 mins, i didn't complain to anyone while waiting but 6 workers came in and started making comments about them being on lunch break because no one came to the front register, by that time my food was literally tossed at me & she went to register, I thought it was really rude of her, never apologized for my waiting on the food.

This place needs the Mecklenburg County Food and Facilities Sanitation to step in. They continually serve undercooked chicken and it’s a violation and health hazard. I will be filing a formal complaint to correct the unsafe conditions of the food being sent out. Corporate will also be contacted. I do not advise eating here.

The lady they have at the front counter is insanely rude !! people ask questions she sounds annoyed i ordered for the taco bell part .. she took my money and all 3-4 minutes later “we don’t have any soft tacos” this is something that should be told BEFORE payment is taken !! now i have to wait to receive my money back.. which is fine but the staff there is just rude overall i’ve NEVER had to write a review for a restaurant but this ? oh it’s bad and don’t get me started on how dirty the place was !!

Chicken was not hot. Mashed potatoes not hot. Leg too small to be considered a third piece. Customer service is sub par. Employees talk to customers like we are not counted within the experience. I see why this location is not populated by more customers as I was the only one inside. I work for my money. I got treated like a step child. Never again. Why isn’t this spot shut down???

The people at this location are so nice, but the food does not taste like KFC. It's like management doesn't want their employees to use the right amount of batter, which makes the chicken hard and flavorless because that's where all the seasoning is. Go to a different location until they fix the way they cook the food.
