Do not come here!! I ordered a 8 piece bucket meal from them today through DoorDash, they only gave me one of my sides but in a very small container. I tried to call 5 times, but they will not answer. I will be calling corporate soon to let them know that this store does not need to be running.

We ordered take out under M.O. Our order got messed up. We ordered 6 wraps. We got 4 wraps. 3 of those wraps had to be Mac and cheese— we got all coleslaw still delicious but my gf was really upset. We go back to fix the issue. We tell the employee we need 3 mac&cheese wraps, the employee relayed it to the cooks 2 times. We get the bag and behold 1 mac&cheese wrap and 2 coleslaw wraps… What an experience. If you’re not picky the food is gonna be good but if you have a picky gf/ friends your order is gonna get messed up guaranteed. Heed the other messed up order reviews. Edit: there were like screaming tweaking drug addicts outside the KFC /Taco bell on Saturday night— gotta love North Charlotte?

Why does this location ALWAYSSS leave the sauces out of their delivery orders? Is it not on their screen or do they have reading comprehension issues??& if u pickup ur order yourself, u wait in the drive thru for 20mins+ only to be told u need to come inside and pick it up off a shelf in the lobby yourself. (Like after this insane wait, why can't u just hand it to me plz?)IF U LIKE SOGGY ROOM TEMP FRIES----THIS PLACE IS FOR YOU!!

The young girls in there didn't want to work that day I guess, everything I asked for bothered them? I had to ask the manager if can I get some service minus the attitude ?
Ghettooooo!! The entire staff needs to be fired....rehire and train people on customer service skills...they are all rude and speak to you as if it's your fault they have to work there. It's horrible...didn't even get food the way I was spoken to was enough for me!!

I do not want to be negative or hurt this business where some young earn their living. I am avoiding being biased or extreme and now I am reviewing carefully my review to be objective. The Fried chicks are merely all crisp and few meat +breasts are 1/3 of a full breast compared to other KFCs worldwide. meat is a bit smelly and seems not fresh, you can notice from internal broken hip bones darkish color. taste is covered by crisp but no disgust.Tool burrito as they serve taco bell menu, it was ok missing relatively few flavors compared to originals i used to order elsewhere. To the mangers reading: I am honest trying to give constructive critic rather than criticism. I will pass later on and change my review based on the outcome.
This is probably the slowest fast food place I've been to. Legit watching everybody in the back having whole conversations while the line just piles up.
