Staff is rude. They move like they have led weights attached to their feet. Got annoyed at another customer for asking for sauce. Store is dirty. Bathrooms are discussing. Says they clean it every 30 min. More like 1once a month. Just walked out. NEVER GO HERE!

Store itself is pretty good. Food is usually on point and not wrong. DO NOT USE THE KFC APP. they use door dash anyway and if anything is wrong you're royally SOL. After 3/4 of my food missing after being delivered by a gentleman who didn't speak a lick of english(thank God I speak spanish!), hands me a bag that I can already tell gas been ripped open and retied, is also just way to light for the things we ordered. Red/pink haired manager yelled at one of her employees that was working the register just because she apologized to me about the wait time like and me and the employee weren’t even arguing or anything we were just talking and out of the kindness of her heart she apologized and then her manager comes over and is like why are you apologizing to her and then pulls her into the back presumably to yell more. the cashier was the sweetest though

This restaurant was very rude. My sister had an older 20 dollar bill and they lied and said "our safe machine wont take it". The safe is nowhere near the register thats how we know they lied. Unbelievable and will never receive any of my money again. This is why i dont eat from KFC but would rather Bojangles and Popeyes.

I placed a order thru door dash and the driver sent a message to me stating that the store did have Cole slaw I said ok I'll take fries. The kfc store wouldn't make the switch I called the store and and ask why and the kfc worker hung up the phone on me....that's very rude!!!!....I have number of issues with this store on south tryon, charlotte nc....

Placed an order for 2 piece chicken for delivery. Deadher went and waited 20 mins for them the cancel my order saying they were out of an item. Now I'm stuck finding something to eat over an later.

I ordered 8 pieces of chicken and cold slaw. I was asked to pull over and I would have my food in 5-6 minutes. It took 40 minutes for me to get my food. Everybody was yelling and mad inside. I will never visit this KFC again.

I placed an order online thinking that would help however when I arrived 25 mins later they still haven’t started it and I waited an additional 30mins. Along with many other customers waiting.
