I went there after spending the day at Carrowinds. The people working there didn’t look very clean and one of the staff had their baby in the car seat on the counter beside the cash register. The entire floor near the cash registers were greasy. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for some nasty stale food. I wish I read the reviews about this place before going there. We ended up throwing the food away, it was a complete waste of money.

I haven't been there in a long time. I went in. But the atmosphere, the smell and the feeling of not being safe turned me away. Sorry, but I left and probably won't come back for another 3 years.

Absolutely terrible experience with this restaurant. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely inconsiderate. I arrived to pick up a delivery order that was already paid for, only to be told they didn’t have the customer’s preferred items ready and wanted me to call the customer to make substitutions.

When I asked why they didn’t contact the customer before I arrived, they brushed it off and told me I’d have to wait even longer because the food “wasn’t ready.” This caused unnecessary delays for the customer and made the delivery process frustrating for everyone involved.

To make things worse, while I was waiting, one of the employees walked out saying she was fed up with how poorly management treats their staff. That says everything you need to know about how this place operates.

Instead of taking responsibility, the staff tried to blame drivers and customers for their own lack of communication. I’ve never seen such disorganization or disrespect. Completely unacceptable — I would not recommend ordering from this restaurant under any circumstances.

Idk if I got lucky or what. The staff at the counter were so nice! Very different than visits in the past (been over 6 mths) and the food was hot and fresh. Nicely done!
