One should not have to wait 25 minutes, and still no staff member asked to take your order !! In addition, when asked for as estimated wait time or if you should use the drive thru, you get attitude !!! No wonder customers were leaving.

Double check your order before leaving. Corn has no taste. No wings, all thighs and drumsticks. Sad this is the only KFC close to me.

I was so under impressed with the food here. I got the 12 piece nugget meal. The nuggets were super small like how could y'all even serve these. 12 pieces were in a box about the size of a McDonald's 6 piece box. The fries were not even warm and tasted like they were cooked twice. You expect more from a huge chain like

The food was ok. It was not hot after waiting almost 10 minutes after being pulled to the side. Cashier didn't seem to care to be there, in my opinion, by the way she told me to pull up to wait for my food. Then I inquired about pricing on the sign about a 12pcs, and the cashier gave me a different (higher) price. So it could have been a better experience as these are minor areas for improvement. Wish I had better service and food here for the convenience.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with no pickles. There were pickles and a clump of hair on it. I feel like it was purposely put there. We ordered fries with it but the gave us corn. When I went in to get the fries I was told they ran out of fries and that was what the just gave me.

Beware if you order DoorDash. I ordered a 5 piece tender meal, only received 3, one of which was undercooked and inedible. Threw the whole order away because I’m not risking getting sick. It’s not the first time my order has been incorrect here. One time I’ll accept as a mistake, twice means no more going back especially at the risk of getting undercooked food. There’s a reason their rating is so low!
