Management and staff are rude and unhelpful. Came to pickup a Doordash order, and for some reason they’re “out of chicken”, not sure how since it’s a chicken restaurant.
They said they can’t cancel the order on their end, which as someone who’s worked in fast food, they most definitely can.
We came through once and asked and the worker was rude, and through again to confirm they “couldn’t cancel” and the manager was very rude when all we were trying to do was ask for help.
Maybe mark items as out of stock if you don’t have them.. or cancel orders if you know you don’t have the item so people don’t drive out their way just for you to tell us to figure it out ourself when it’s not our job and make things difficult just because you’re too lazy to press a few buttons.

Very bland visit. I was greeted at the register but she lacked any positivity and genuine customer service! However, the young man bagging orders on the line was warm, respectful and funny as hell!!!! Do not lose that because you're genuinely a customer service oriented individual and I appreciate your efforts!

Gave me the wrong order instead of telling me they ran out of it and were so rude.
I have ordered from this location on DoorDash 3-4x and the food is NEVER what I ordered; always missing something and tonight the chicken STINKS. Cooked in OLD grease. Where is the quality control?
I thought after screwing my order up 4,5x maybe this time it’ll be okay. What are the odds? Stay away from this location.

I don’t eat kfc often but when I do I do I want something simple. I’ve been sick for days and only been eating soft food. So I did an online food for my son and I. I ordered myself a chicken pot pie and him some nuggets. When I went to restaurant to pick up the food, the lady working driving through told me that my order had been cancelled.i was confused because I hadn’t gotten an email nor notification on my end about a cancellation. So I go to the window and show her my order and she still just tells me that my order is cancelled and he can’t hold up her drive through line. Wow. Great customer service would have been to still give me my order or have a manger try to resolve the issue. Bad was what she did; NOTHING! Needless to say I ended up having to go to where else to my son and I some food.
