Closes at 11:00 pm , stop serving customers chicken at 10:30 pm . The owner or regional manager needs to be notified .

I am really upset first you take my order at the drive through tell me to drive around to the front of the store that was confusing. Then you dont put my biscuit in my bag your on your cell phone. I have called the restaurant 4 times no one is picking up the the worst KFC in Charlotte

Monday, 11/17/25 arorund 330pm Drive Thru- I ordered a original 3 piece wing meal with mash potatoes and gravy.
Long story short, my 3 piece wing meal was so nasty! The chicken was soaked in oil, the chiken was super greasy, the mash potatoes and gravy was not creamy, was rhick and not even hot, cold as ice, and the young man in drive through didn't even get my order correct! He asked ne did I want 2 kegs in place of the wings, we dont have more wings. I said ,I will take the 2 original wings. Then he rings up my order 12.00 and same change. Never again at N. Wendover KFC.
I get home I was so disappointed 😞 I tried to eat it, some of the chicken and potatoes, well, that made my stomach so upset. I will never go back to the North Wendover KFC again! SH 11/18/25

This location truly surprised me from the moment that we were invited to have our order taken. I asked for specials... the young lady read from a list... she was rushed. As soon as we paid for our food we were asked to pull to the front or side door. When I pulled forward I realized there were 7(not 1 or 2) 7 whole cars were were waiting for their food as well. The wait was 15 to 20 mins. When the young lady came to my car she asked me what my order was while she scratched her forehead. I asked if there were enough people working. She said there were 3 people and they were really backed up. I told her that she should never be left in a situation like that. I even told her she should call the owner or district manager. She just shook her head. I couldn't fathom being in a situation like that. Also... I couldn't fathom eating food from a restaurant that had to be breaking Labor laws or at the very least , osha laws. I keenly trashed the food. I decided to get a meal I could fathom where the employees were not preparing my food under distress.

Dont show up within the last hour and expect a full menu. Closing on time is more important to the staff than quality service.

I love love love me some KFC chicken. Their mashed potatoes and green beans are really good and of course the delicious biscuit. I usually go through the drive-thru which sometimes can take a little long.

I requested a half original and half crispy bucket and a tender meal. When advised that the crispy chicken would take 15 minutes, we switched the order to all original. Then it took 20+ minutes for the tenders to be ready. Due to the delay, I requested that they switch back to half crispy. First the counter person said it would take 5 more minutes for the Crispy would be out. 10 minutes later, when the tenders came out, I was lied to that the crispy was not out. Other patrons were upset that the crispy chicken was not available and that their tender orders also took a significant time to be ready.
I ordered a large side of Cole Slaw with the bucket. When checking the order, it had not been included. Fortunately, I checked upon delivery.
One other complaint. The original chicken breading had came off most of the pieces when we got home to have the dinner.
This location absolutely does not have their act together and Corporate should look into the product they are delivering to KFC customers.

My coworkers and i ordered $60 worth of food all the chicken was old like the grease needed to be changed now mind you we placed the order in the morning time so there should be no way that your grease is nasty and burnt already and the fact that whoever was cooking felt like that was ok to sell is totally unacceptable and disgusting this is peoples food and money your messing with

I ordered online and despite the app telling me that my food was ready, I did have a bit of a wait. All was well as the staff was working diligently to get everyone's orders out on time; even with being short staffed.
The food was hot and delicious. I haven't had KFC in years!
