Order food ( via doordash) , they confirmed it. 30 mins later called and stated the could not make my order. Proceeded to ask me to cancel it (they already confirmed it ) , I wouldn’t get refunded if I did. I told them that they have to cancel the order. The staff tells me that they can’t cancel it on their end. They suck balls!

First time using the mobile ordering and I didn’t realize I had to come inside to pick it up. When I came in the woman at the register was rude while I was waiting by the quick pick up area. After getting order - which took 12 minutes longer than the app told me it worked- and leaving, when I got home I realized that even though my name was on the order and the recipe taped to it was correct not a single food item was what I ordered. I tried to call the store but could not get through. When I went back, the same woman in the front argued that I said that was my name so this was my order and I had to physically show her that the food in the bag did not match the recipe before she realized I did not have the right food. All in all, a very frustrating experience that took much more time than I expected from a fast food restaurant.

Came in at 1015am. 15 minutes after opening. The cashier was rude. As I walked in I said good morning and didn’t get acknowledged. She just stood there with a stank face. After ordering I thanked her and again nothing. No customer service at all. my chicken was stale like it was from yesterday but just reheated. As I ate the cashier just stood there watching me. There was a lady in back cursing loud enough I could hear her from where I was sitting. I’m guessing she was a manager because she had a red shirt on. Never again will I come here. Only reason I did was because the chicken place I go to wasn’t ready for lunch.

Staff behavior is nothing short of ignorant. My last visit.. multiple employees using their phone, in plain view of waiting customers, and acting as if they're doing you a favor by being there. I watched two employees sharing a vape pen behind the counter. Entire restaurant smelled like urine and the manager walked around in circles like there was nothing he needed to be doing in the moment. One employee had to ask what is considered dark meat and not one of them was wearing gloves. I'm glad I actually decided to go into the store this time instead of using the drive thru. I'd never, in my life, return to this location. Honestly, I believe that if this restaurant were in a different neighborhood this behavior wouldn't be acceptable.
