Customer service from management on down is atrocious. I don't eat chocolate chip cookies, so I requested a biscuit instead of the cookie. The young lady at the window proceeded to tell me they don't do that in a tone that was not up to KFC customer service standards. I requested to speak to a manager then I drove around to the window. She gave me my order total and I asked for the manager again. She aint hurr, the young lady responded. I pulled off and did not purchase my food....read full review
the counter person was rude difficult.
we actually left without eating.
people that cant handle the public should not have counter jobs period.
this is not the first time this has happened.
