The lady at the drive through is the kindest woman I have ever met. She is very intentional about being kind from the moment you reach the speaker to order your food, from the time you pull off. Sure, I care if my food tastes good, but it is KFC people, it’s not a 5 star restaurant… the lady truly made my day! So kind! And for that, I will give 5 stars.

Chicken does not taste like the old original recipe. Had to wait and chicken was hard and cold but fries were hot. Will not eat at any KFC anymore. Just threw the whole box away after one bite.

Customer service is hit or miss, mostly miss. Been that way for a decade. Food is ok if you want to get something quick that has decent flavor. I’ve had experiences that make me want to spend 2 years away from this place before and a rude person begrudgingly taking your order will do that to you.

Stopped by here today around 4pm. The service was "ok". However, I get home and the chicken is both old and cold. Cold I could live with. But this chicken has been drying out under a heat lamp for hours. There is no biscuit in the box. They had NO sweet tea. In NC, no sweet tea? Really? My Cole slaw is warm and the mashed potatoes are both cold and stiff. Something told me to go to Pollo Campero. ??♂️??♂️
RATCHET! Literally took my chance in giving y’all a chance and oh no. I regret even swallowing the food at this point. It was white lint on my chicken sandwich after witnessing the nice white lady with purple hair make the sandwich with no gloves. They gave me cold fries. Chicken wasn’t good at all. Had better KFC than this one here. I walked back in thinking I’ll just order the pot pie and some drug addict was acting crazy at the drink machine, drinking for drinks for free. I turned around.

The food was fresh but the customer service was TRASH I pulled up and there was a worker outside talking to someone and I had a situation about the sauce and I understood that I asked the cashier to ask her manager if I could have a side of the sauce never responded . The same worker who was outside handed me my food with no gloves and she didn’t say have a good day it was a terrible experience. The crew the day before around 3 pm was the bomb They were respectful and made sure I was happy and satisfied . Some people would rather not have a happy customer or would even care to satisfy. I didn’t receive a receipt after I asked for it as well, I’m a cashier at a chicken joint myself and I know customer service so I know what it looks like at this KFC morning shift is trash respectfully.
