I went in to order the new 20$ meal with 6pc and 4 sides. The dude at the front register said y'all don't sell it but it's advertised on TV and on y'all menu. He said y'all must've removed the button! Please get ppl like this out of y'all stores

Don't waste your time and money paid almost $60 for a family meal and waited outside 25 minutes and they forgot I was outside waiting they was inside playing paper basketball. Then then the manager didn't care he was sitting down in the lobby. Worst experience

I went through the drive-through and ordered a two piece combo. Honestly it is the smallest drumstick I have ever seen in my life. How they considered that as a second piece is beyond me. I paid $14.60 total for my meal. Needless to say I was still hungry after the extremely small portions. Even the mashed potatoes and gravy were less than half full. This KFC has gone down in quality and proportions however increased the price.

Don't expect your whole order if you spend over 20$. Half of the time this location is always missing something in the bag or whole parts of the order. they have staffing problems, i know it isn't their fault and the workers don't get paid enough for the bullshit they endure, but someone really needs to pay attention to the quality control.
If I wasn't getting KFC for someone else. I wouldn’t step foot in this KFC. Around 4 pm today I waited at the drive-thru for someone to take my order. No one once said Hello, I'll be right with you nothing. I had enough time to order the food online. And still no response. Went inside and naturally the staff is laughing and joking around except for the one woman in front taking orders. I won't be grabbing food for someone at KFC again.
